“they don't provide face towels in the room, you have to hunt the workers down and request. room service is so poor. you call someone may or may not show up. every little thing you try to do a reservation is needed. food is bad. few choices.most rooms don't have windows. I hope this Robert Castillo guy who keeps responding to all the reviews will actually speak to the responsible parties about the towels especially coz if you look at the reviews people have been complaining about this for months.”

“Ignore the Robert he only respond on Google and they charge for guess even if it's a drink at the bar.
Update i had ordered a bottle of wine and never receive the staff just doesn't care if you're a VIP and you won't be much interaction with staff this place is cool but if you will and you're English speaker good luck but the views are nice just service is terrible go to Hyatt regency Cartagena next door you won't have a bad experience”
