All the stuff I have written I know because my company used this hotel, we have experienced all what I've said, I have had breakfast in the hotel personally a number of mornings with my staff when they were here, now we use another one not far from here.
This morning I have called to the reception for them to ask their taxi drivers to stop the unnerving car alarm, it was making me impossible to study on the building near the hotel, they've made nothing about it even though they have told me they were going to ask the taxi drivers to turn the alarm off.
The taxi noise is a crazy long story since I moved living next to this Hotel a couple of years ago. I have talked to them a number of times but the car alarm noises never stop.”

Comfortable, clean rooms. Great location, great price. No complaints. Front-desk staff Andrea and Daniel were amazing in making us feel welcome, and assisting us with a LOT of questions. Really appreciated them.

The are is amaizing, everything is walking distance, the restaurant at the hotel is okay, rather go outside in explore and find other options, definitely the restaurant has to be the last option, the room is standard room, but the only thing that bothers me is that for having conditioner or a hair dryer or even tissue you need to request it, and they won't bring it right away the will do it at some point during the day, so if you stay here I advice you to request everything you will need in your room in advance! Also, the people at the front desk are really helpful and nice to you.

Bogotá é uma linda cidade, muito bem organizada com muitos pontos históricos para visitar. Tem uma saborosissima gastronomia e cervejas artesanais de alta qualidade. Muita segurança. Pode-se caminhar pelos parques. É bem arborizada e pela manhã sente-se o perfume Silvestre.

Interesting hotel located in a place where traffic congestion is strong. Upon entering this process is forgotten for arrival. Wide spaces to walk, converse, have meetings accompanied by a good view. Very balanced art paintings with nature that is observed from any point. The restaurant with its balcony invites you to have a pleasant time that you will certainly remember. The restaurant's menu is excellent, with special service by the waitresses who are always smilingly.
