No water in the shower or toilets in any of the 3 rooms we rented and this morning when I went to the front desk, their employee informed me it wasn’t his problem and if we wanted water, we should use the pool.

Buen lugar, aunque tuve una mala experiencia con el agua, no había agua caliente porque se descompuso algo. Tardaron un día en arreglarlo. De ahí en fuera todo bien.

Las instalaciones no son tan malas pero el servicio es pésimo, no recogen la basura y los cuartos tienen las cortinas manchadas, no funciona la TV y todo se escucha al rededor. Si vas solo de paso esta bien, de lo contrario, no esperes ninguna amenidad ahí. Los empleados mal encarados a excepción de la chica de recepción.

Falta muchísima limpieza en áreas comunes, hay insectos en la alberca, una cucaracha duró 2 días en la alberca, en la habitación No hay ventanas al exterior, tu ventana solo da al pasillo, se escucha TODO de los demás cuartos, pedí cambio de habitación y el señor mal encarado de la recepción solo nos dijo que después nos avisaba, nuestra ropa de cama no estaba completa. Lo único bueno es que hay agua caliente, hay wifi en los cuartos, cable y tv por cable.

Péssimo, não recomendo nem para o pior inimigo. Tirando a limpeza que é ótima, wi-fi de péssima qualidade, café de manhã sem muita opção e cozinheiras e atendentes de má vontade, recepção que não resolve nenhum de seus problemas ou te auxiliam quando necessário, um barulho infernal, pessoas fumando dentro da piscina, hotel sem regras, é quem mais pode bater portas, ligar música alta e jogar lixo pelas dependências do hotel. Não tem frigobar nos quartos, para usar um secador você precisa deixar seu passaporte com eles até a devolução. Um absurdo atrás do outro. Se você quer passar nervoso venha para cá!

Horrible, el peor Hotel que te puedes conseguir. La habitación que me dieron estaba filtrando agua y me cambiaron. En la noche, antes de las 8pm la nueva habitación comenzó a filtrar agua del aire acondicionado, inundando el cuarto. La señorita de recepción me ofreció una habitación nueva pero que yo debía pagar porque era más grande, aún cuando el problema no ha sido ocasionado por mi. Luego aceptó que no pagara nada pero que debía cambiar de habitación a las 12pm del día siguiente y yo perder miactividad. Soy turista, vengo de otro país y tienen un pésimo trato. Solicité conversar con un supervisor, un encargado u otra persona con la que se pueda conversar para una solución y no quiso llamar a nadie. Falta de empatía, falta de compromiso y de atención al cliente. Fatal. No lo recomiendo. De no ser porque la hora y el corto tiempo no me lo permite, me cambiaría sin duda de hotel.

Le doy 2 estrellas solo porque la cama es cómoda, el desayuno es aceptable y porque tiene una ubicación conveniente si quieres ir caminando hasta el muelle de ultramar donde salen los ferrys a isla mujeres. Funcionários que realizaram o primeiro atendimento no dia do chek in não apresentaram nenhuma empatia, não realizaram o menor esforço em esclarecer duvidas, não sendo nenhum um pouco prestativo. Obs. O endereço fornecido no Booking na hora de colocá-lo lo no Google mapas e no Wase indicavam um endereço 4,5 km distante do hotel, só sendo possível chegar ao hotel através de informações fornecidas por terceiros, pois as tentativas de contato com o hotel foram incrivelmentedecepcionantes, ao ponto do recepcionista desligar o telefone na minha cara pois não fazia questão alguma de entender o que estava ocorrendo. E na hora da chegada ao hotel tentei explicar a situação para que ninguém mais passasse por isso, foram extremamente desleixados. HORRÍVEL O DESCASO COM OS HÓSPEDES!!!

Estive lá por 15 dias. Temos que analisar algumas coisas, dentro desse valor é inegavelmente uma das melhores opçõesno centro de Cancun. Em 5 min de caminhada vc pode pegar ônibus R1 por 12 pesos ( 3 reais) te leva nas praias paradisíacas (zona hoteleira),10 min de supermercado e shopping, várias opções de comidamexicana ( boa) por 50 pesos cerca de 13 reais.Pelo menos 3 lojas de conveniência por perto. O Hotel tem quartos espaçosos ( fiquem no segundo andar) são melhores!Chuveiros , camas e ar condicionado impecáveis.Internet nota 1...Wifii somente no saguão. Fora isso... Super recomendo.

It’s simply terrible. The worst experience I had in my life. No internet, unfriendly stuff lying on your face, no water. Please avoid this at any cost if you can. Also weird people stay in this hotel. Not safe for girls.

Our experience at the Terracaribe hotel was short (a mere 45 minutes) but intense. We arrived around 9:30 pm and once we checked in, making sure for the third time that we had a room with wifi, we walked up to our room using the stairs (there is no elevator in the structure). Despite the fact that we were not Spanish, the communication was entirely in Spanish and not in English. Once in the room, I went to take a shower. However, the towels were dirty and, main problem, there was no water! So I got dressed and went back downstairs to ask when I would be able to get water. "Maybe in 30/60 minutes", their response I go back up to the room and while I'm waiting for the water to come back, I decide I want to check some stuff on the internet. And here's another surprise: the internet doesn't work. The internet speed, checking it with fast.com, is 1 Mbps. How could I work with that speed? And why, all the three times I asked them about internet via email and face-to-face, they did not mention it? No water, no internet, dirty towels, no elevator and no English-speaking employee: exactly what, besides a bed, does this structure that claims to be 4 stars offer? I go back down to ask for an explanation at 10pm (in Spanish, of course, because no one speaks English) and besides the receptionists, who tell me that these are not their problems, I find a group of men at a table at the entrance, in an obvious state of drunkenness, who repeatedly invite me to relax. The situation was so creepy and dangerous that we decided to leave, at the risk of not getting our money back, at 22.15 in another hotel that we found with no little difficulty. I hope that no one else will ever have such an experience.

The rooms are actually clean and nice but the location is terrible! Right next to the highway and there is a main avenue right in front of the hotel so you have the constant traffic noise. There isn’t much around this place either, so you are stuck and need to order a take away for dinner.

First stat, excellent...second stay in tall section, not so good. There was actually 2 dogs barking at each other on the roof of the lower section of the hotel. I have no idea what they were doing there, but they barked all night long. If you book there it is worth getting a superior room, the rooms in the taller building are all the same, small and seemingly less cared for.

We spent 3 weeks here and got the best deal in town! Unbelievably cheap price for such a lovely hotel very simple and clean, wonderful staff, and a great breakfast too! Easy access to shopping or anywhere you may want to roam. Taxi and bus service always available. I wish I didn't rent a car. location is safe to walk, I never felt threatened by the locals as long as I always smiled. You want a beach? 3 miles down the road for the free local beach with lots of seafood restaurants or spend $25 each on a voucher at the Krystal Grand hotel on the hotel zona to spend on food, drinks or gifts for the best beach deal in all of Cancun.
