Such a nice hotel with great staff! It’s no new that hotel properties could be in their greatest shape but if there’s not a connection between their guest and staff it doesn’t matter. I wanted to Highlight James, Rebeca and Dionísio (I hope I wrote his name right) they are the best people I’ve encountered in the past months from all hotels I’ve been too. This definitely makes me wanna come back and suggest this place to my friends when traveling to Brazil. Guys, you rock it!

Very, very nice hotel. Great room with lots of power outlets. Good breakfast - contact them ahead of time for special diets. Best gym I've ever seen in a hotel - practically a full sized gym with all the machines plus sauna. Didn't try the pool - it is very small. Spa is reasonably priced and the service was good. The location is perhaps not the best (depending on what you want to do) but it is near a huge park and also near Congonhas airport.

I have stayed at the Pullman occasionally for 10 years. Nice facilities, restaurant had great dinner and breakfast. Good gym. They do not provide iron or ironing boards in room but there is an iron and board on the E2 level.

Very dirty tired room, window with fingerprints of previous guests, mold in the bath, no soap, very noisy minibar will keep you awake, dust everywhere... it's not 5 or even 3 stars, disappointing (( Park view at an extra cost is a view of the highway... If the executive room looks like this, it's scary to think what cheaper rooms look like...

Is this really Pullman standards anymore ? Rooms are getting older and older. Traces of mold in all the bathroom. Room cleanliness is so so... air conditioner is blocked. You can really choose the temperature you wish. No clock in the room. Air dryer electric cable very dangerous. Staff is not really welcoming at the reception and not really helping. No one of the staff was smiling during my stay from any service...
