Localização sensacional, atras da Passeig de Grácia e poucos metros da praça Catalunya, ao redor metros, comércio e ruas movimentadas. Mesmo padrão de qualquer NH, digo muito bacana, quarto novos e grandes, decoração moderna e bem limpo. Ficaria outra vez sem problemas. Única coisa que me irritou um pouco é o check-in ser somente as 15:00, acho muito tarde e no meu caso me atrapalhou bastante.

A terraza do NH é um lugar incrível para curtir um fim de tarde com vista privilegiada de Barcelona. Drinks entre 12 e 15 euros, cerveja a 6 euros, vinhos a partir de 36 euros (garrafa) e 8 euros (taça). Atendimento excelente e decoração cheia de detalhes. Vale a pena conhecer!

Hotel was lovely, clean and central the breakfast was the best I've had. We booked a twin room and unfortunately got a double, when we asked them to change the bed we were told that house keeping would do it the following day which is a bit late. Also I was over charged when paying so make sure you double check this, especially as it's taken 3 weeks and still not sorted out yet.

Hotel muy bien situado. La recepción muy bonita y cuidada, las habitaciones más pequeñas de lo que me esperaba.Se nos fue la luz de la habitación 4 veces... tuvimos que arreglarnos sin luz wn wl baño... inconcebible en un hotel de esta categoría... cuando avisáramos lo arreglaban pero entre que lo hacían y luego se volvía a ir... No nos dieron ninguna explicación de porqué pasaba ésto

I stayed here as my favorite hotel (Catalonia Ramblas, 4* sup) was fully booked over the Saint Jordi weekend. What makes this hotel worthwhile is the location. The accommodation itself is not anything special, the double bed was a bit squeaky when tossing and turning. The bathroom is quite big, and the rain shower is nice though water pressure seemed a bit off. I personally would not consider this hotel 5-star, it is at best a 4-star hotel. The finishes are a bit dated and some elements are chipped, etc. which makes it less nice than many other 5-star hotels I have stayed at. If you can find a good deal, then the location makes staying here worth it. If you want a true 5-star/luxury experience, you might be better off elsewhere. The staff are very helpful and accommodating, however, and were willing to accommodate an early check-in at 11:30 AM.

Had a pleasant stay (room and bathroom were good and we had a nice view from the 9th floor, bed was comfy with lots of pillows) but a few things were a bit disappointing. For example we ordered room service and the food that came wasn't correct to what we ordered and had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp or something so was not fresh.The hotel didn't charge us after we contacted them about it but they also didn't clear it away from outside our room until the next day. The breakfast is very good with lots of options and there is a stunning rooftop bar and pool that has almost 360 views of the city.

I was disappointed since I came in because the bellman told us we couldn’t park in front of the building to get our luggage down because there was a bus coming anytime soon and made our check in miserable because we didn’t felt welcomed. After that, they changed my room for one without a view like I had requested and paid for on my reservation because she asked if we wanted 2 beds but didn’t explain I was going to miss the view. The staff communication is poor and they don’t explain anything correctly. The room was okay but there was no shower gel in the bottle and it was not filled from housekeeping while we were there. And last but not least, I have credit card charges that are not even mines and now I have to dispute them. Location is good but there are a lot of nice hotels in the area to settle for an average one.

The location is wonderful just minutes away from Plaća de Catalunya and La Rambla street. The service is amazing. Unbelievable courtesy. The staff go above and beyond to help you. I highly recommend this hotel. And I would definitely stay here whenever I am in Barcelona.

I stayed here for 3days in a row. First impression was just okay since their room was not bad with chipped furniture and water leaking refrigerator. However, it has really great location and the staff were nice and helpful. Especially making appointment for the Covid test, printing some documents. Considering the price with this location and service, it’s pretty good. This hotel seems thinking a lot for the environment so they give you minimal amenities. If you need some amenities, you can check through their QR web and asked. It’s quite convenient because they check my request quick. Kids friendly and taxies are always waiting right around the corner. For the Breakfast they have around 10kinds of breads and cheeses. Gluten free cereal and breads are there too. Also, They cook hot eggs when you order. Generally it’s very good experience staying this hotel to check Barcelona with my family.

The location is amazing. The hotel is really nice with a great lobby, the rooms are clean and spacious. Our TV wasn't working they had to come and fix it a few times. Room service is also surprisingly good.

O local é muito bem localizado, com fácil deslocamento a todos os pontos turísticos de Barcelona. Fizemos todos os passeios a pé... Valeu muito a pena, além da localização, de frente você encontra vários lugares para comer e até mesmo fazer o "desayuno". Optamos por não tomar o café da manhã no hotel, custo atual (07/01/2022) $ 25,00 Euros.O quarto é confortável, com um belo banheiro, chuveiro top e aquele cafezinho como cortesia. O atendimento é excelente; caso deseje fazer o check-out e deixar a mala na recepção, faça tranquilo, contam com serviço gratuito e seguro de guarda volumes.Obs.: A vista foi do 6 andar.

Simplemente no se merece la quinta estrella, es más un 4 que un cinco. Las cortinas estaban rotas. Para tres la habitación era muy justa y el enchufe del baño estava roto. En recepción el trato muy frio. Los empleados del bufet un encanto.

Ubicación perfecta, en pleno centro y cerca de Paseo de Gracia y Plaza Cataluña. La habitación fue bonita y amplia, el desayuno muy rico con zumos naturales y tortillas recién hechas. Repetiría la estancia sin dudarlo.

Hotel muy agradable en general, la decoración es moderna y no muy sobrecargada, las habitaciones están bien equipadas,la atención en bar es muy agradable y muy correcta con una carta de Cócteles muy completa. Muy recomendable.Precio un poco alto, Pero compensa.

Como leí en otro comentario: frío y poco acogedor. No le veo las 5 estrellas por ningún lado. El servicio de limpieza me abrió 3 veces el cuarto en la mañana que me iba, algo inexplicable. La terraza muy bonita y vistas espectaculares.

This hotel has an excellent location and friendly, helpful staff, but the condition of the rooms and the amenities offered aren’t up to 5 star standards. Here’s what you should know: The decor of the hotel is very stark and minimalist. Nothing on the walls of the room, white on white and rather cold. It is located in a very central location for sightseeing, and good if you want to be close to bars, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Not all rooms are created equal: Our first 3 nights were in a cramped room on the 3rd floor that was in serious need of refurbishment. Looked like it was used by frat boys for the previous year. At my request, we were moved for last 3 nights to a larger room (same Premium XL category) with a separate sitting area and bedroom and in much better condition. Stay on a high floor and spend extra $ to get more room! I would not consent this property 5 star. No concierge, no table service for coffee at breakfast, no free ice delivered to room, mini bar contents lacking. These are small things, but it’s all the small touches that add up to a 5 star hotel experience. If you’re looking to be in the middle of things and want cleanliness and comfort and don’t care about details — this would be a good choice.

Definitely not 5 stars... The staff is great, very friendly and as helpful as they could be considering the terrible building and amenities. Room was so Hot so so hot and we asked them how to turn off the heater... turns out it’s centralized for the whole hotel... in a 5 star?? No ways is it worth the price.
