O hotel transmite a sensação de ter sido muito badalado em épocas passadas, no entanto, parece estar meio defasado. Lembrei-me demais Toni Montana na Miami da década de 1980 😂.

Par un hotel en la supuesta cuidad más visitada de América Latina este hotel es MALO. No por instalaciones. Los empleados son poco amables. Pero es es darles demasiado crédito. Son unas bestias. Ninguno tiene un buen trato. En el horario de la piscina dice hasta las 7 u 8 el sujeto que limpia nos saco a las 6 indicando mantenimiento que NUNCA LO HIZO y pidió que no entremos. El bar es malo y la que atiende es borde. Y si uno se rebaja al nivel de estos sujetos lo que hacen es ser poco profesionales y gritar. No resuelven pedidos, dudas o siquiera algún problema en la habitación. Es caro

Hotel un tanto anticuado, cuyas instalaciones denotan cierto descuido de mantenimiento. La habitación no estaba mal, pero se nota el desgaste. En relación al desayuno continental que incluía nuestra estadía, me dio la sensación de poca variedad. Las frutas del mismo las ofrecen a temperatura ambiente...y Panamá no se caracteriza por su clima frío justamente. Si tuviera que dar una recomendación a la administración sería que hicieran más hincapié en la limpieza, so re todo del área de comedor-desayuno, porque la presencia de huellas dactilares marcadas por todas las superficies metálicas y las manchas de comida en asientos y cobertores de las mesas da mucho mal aspecto.

It's ok. A bit run down. Across from a mediocre casino and distressed shopping center. No one at the pool to attend to guests, as I had to look in a janitorial room to find my own towel. The advertised "All You Can Eat" sushi plate, had only for 5 preselected rolls you could order from. Morale seemed depressed, as many workers had a serious demeanor and lack of joy in their work, usually a sign of needing better leadership that empowers employees. The included buffet was very so-so, though adequate - not to the standard of Radisson Hotels I've been to in India and the UAE.

I tried checking in and it was objectively the worst. It took twenty minutes per person and they charged me an extra 40$ for my partner. The reservation said “two guests additional may be charged extra” and she “Maurilta?” Who was the “manager” kept going back and forth with me saying how that didn’t count. Would never stay again much better hotels in panama!

Good breakfast. Front desk people are helpful. Used the Casio $25 coupon and got all most $40 back and had fun time. The only thing is the area is no much thing to do in evening, the big shopping mall is empty. Oh, the pool looks nice

I wanted to add to my previous review. If you stay on Saturday night, bring ear plugs. The live music coming from bar is louder than my tv as the atrium acted like an amplifier. The shower is unsafe. Tub is on 4-6” platform making it difficult to get into shower. There are no grab bars so I used curtain bar. I had to help my wife as tub is slippery. I stated manager doesn’t come to work until 11 am but found out he is only the front desk supervisor. The manager doesn’t arrive until 8 pm. The ice machine was on our floor but of course as most things in Panama, it doesn’t work and they’ll never fix it. They don’t supply wash cloths and if you ask for one, they’ll leave you just one. You can turn your nightstand light off and on with just a slight bend of the electrical cord where the electrical tape is holding it all together. Don’t mind the noise it makes when doing this, it’s just arcing inside of tape. The breakfast is the only good thing going for this place. So if you are staying here for the good breakfast, you’ll leave happy. Otherwise nothing else is worth staying here for.

Nice hotel and staff, right next to a casino, Hard Rock cafe, and across the street from a multi central mall. Very centralized with big rooms including a tub ( rare in Panama) mini bar and good closet space. The bed was extremely clean and comfy as well as the room was Very quiet when we were there. The breakfast buffet however, is lacking a bit in mains, traditional to Panamanian styling with breads, fruits, cold select meats and cheese. ( but they had mimosas!) Overall is suitable for being included in rate.

Great location. Right next to Hard rock hotel, casino and mall which can all be accessed through internal walkways. Room was upgraded to partial ocean view on 15th floor, had two bathrooms with separate living space and kitchen. Great selection at breakfast buffet, recommend ordering the included omelettes. Only thing I wouldn't recommend is the all you can eat Sushi in the bar lounge, at best it was underwhelming. Overall, nice hotel with friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Excelente hotel, como la mayoría de la cadena Radisson. Muy lindas habitaciones, amplias y funcionales. Muy bien ubicado, vistas hermosas y muy buen servicio de desayuno. Precio inmejorable.

Hotel is dark and not inviting.Check-in was easy and Axel changed us to a city/ocean view room. Fusion restaurant area was dark, too. Only highlight in this area was the bar. Euri, the bartender,was very professional and mixes cocktails very well. Hotel looks a bit dilapidated. Room needs renovation.

Is right next to an ok mall called Multicentro and Rock Cafe Panama. Rooms are old and doesn't really meet the Radisson standards. The staff is not customer service centric and the treat you like they are doing you a favor. The reception counter has only one person at a time and usually you have to wait in a long line.

Location is good, Safe and central area. The food is OK (The sushi bar in the lobby is great). Staff is friendly (most of them) The room furniture is outdated, compared to the same price hard rock hotel which is just next door. The internet is very slow. The ice machines are not working anymore. Cleaning staff is knocking your door, even if you scream NOT NOW, they still come in

Just because it has a restaurant and bar does not make it a four star. Had to hunt for pool towels daily. Very little English spoken by staff, overall decor and lighting was very dark. You couldn't even get a cup of coffee during the day.

The hotel was amazing, friendly helpful staff, excellent restaurants, nice spa and pool. I diffently will return. There is an open air disco across the street that makes lots of late night music which can disturb sleepers.

Stayed here with a tour group. Rooms are a typical city room. Noisy at night (with a 0400 wake up) and had to go TO the desk as they weren't answering phone. Breakfast was good. Fare from coffee...
