Tudo perfeito, localização, instalações modernas, atendimento, limpeza, quarto espaçoso... até o transfer que foi nos indicado de chegada e retorno para o Aeroporto, motorista Brasileiro (Whatsapp 11-98306-6383) ele nos deu varias dias nota 10!!!

Hotel simpático, serviço atencioso e cordial. Os quartos são modernos e funcionais. A localização é boa, no entanto o metro mais próximo fica a 10 minutos de distância. Pontos a melhorar: - Isolamento sonoro dos ruídos da rua e do ar condicionado; - isolamento sonoro do elevador, principalmente a abertura da porta que é bastante ruidosa.Resumindo tivemos uma estadia agradável e sucegada como pretendíamos quando optamos pelo Bernic.

Fomos recebidos por dois funcionários simpáticos na recepção. O check-in foi eficiente. Eles tinham um manobrista de carro que eu estava preocupado no início, mas eles também foram rápidos e cuidadosos com o nosso carro. O quarto em que ficamos era pequeno, mas tinha uma varanda e piso aquecido no banheiro. Def ficaria aqui novamente.

We were met by two friendly staff members at the desk. The check-in was efficient. They had a car valet which I was worried at first, but they were also quick and careful with our car. The room we stayed in was small, but it had a balcony and heated bathroom floors. Def would stay here again.

É um hotel boutique. As imagens nos vários Websites não refletem em nada o que é a realidade. O quarto é pequeno e o balcão do banheiro também é muito pequeno. A recepção, Brittany, foi além do dever para garantir que nossa estadia fosse a melhor possível.

Its a boutique hotel. The pictures in the various Websites doesnt reflect at all what is reality. The room is small & the counter space in the bathroom is very small as well. The reception, Brittany, went beyond the call of duty to ensure that our stay was as good as it can be.

A equipe foi incrível e muito flexível. Eles seguiram os protocolos da Covid estritamente, o que era reconfortante. Nós tínhamos um quarto com varanda e isso era legal. Não tem muita vista do 14º andar, mas foi bom ouvir os sons da cidade e tomar um pouco de ar fresco. Tivemos um quarto com cama king size e era muito limpo, se não um pouco pequeno, mas isso é esperado de um hotel em Nova York. Ficaríamos aqui novamente se tivéssemos algo para fazer na área.

The staff was awesome and very accommodating. They followed Covid protocols strictly which was comforting. We had a room with a balcony and that was neat. Not much of a view from the 14th floor, but it was nice to hear the sounds of the city and get some fresh air. We had a king room and it was very clean if not a bit small, but that's expected from a hotel in NYC. We would stay here again if we had something to do in the area.

Nós mudamos hotéis do original para este. Tem sido uma decepção desde que chegamos. Liguei para ter certeza de que ainda havia café da manhã antes de me mudar. Disseram que sim, ao chegar não havia mais café da manhã (menos de 10 horas da reserva) o pessoal do elevador estava gritando que havia apenas 3 pessoas por elevador, mas ele não estava usando máscara, quando eu disse algo ele continua gritar. não há nenhum roupão de banho e quando eu perguntei por um a senhora da recepção disse que eles não os fornecem mais porque eles não são econômicos para o hotel durante Covid. Estamos pagando o mesmo preço por quase nenhuma comodidade. Sem café da manhã, sem roupões, sem Apple TV, o controle remoto do quarto não funciona. Todas as coisas que atualmente estão listadas como disponíveis no site. Se você não toma café da manhã, coloque na nota que diz que você não tem café da manhã ou comodidades limitadas. O café da manhã também está incluído como diamante. A senhora me disse que não. Quando eu mostrei a ela no site ela disse oh isso deve ser novo. Eu não deveria instruir os funcionários sobre o que eles deveriam saber. Este hotel foi um desastre de natal.

e moved hotels from the original one to this one. It has been a disappointment since we arrived. I called to make sure there was still breakfast before moving. They told me yes, when arriving there was no more breakfast (less than 10 hours from booking) the staff in the elevator was yelling about there being only 3 people per elevator but he was not wearing a mask, when I said something he continues to yell. there are no bathrobes and when I asked for one the lady at the desk said they do not provide them anymore because they are not cost effective for the hotel during Covid. We are paying the same price for little to no amenities. No breakfast, no robes, no Apple TV, the room remote does not work. All things that are currently listed as available on the website. If you don’t have breakfast put it on the note that says you have no breakfast or limited amenities. Also breakfast is included as diamond. The lady tells me it isn’t. When I showed her on the site she said oh that must be new. I should not be schooling employees on what they should know. This hotel has been a christmas disaster.

Eu já fiquei neste hotel algumas vezes a negócios. Sempre limpo, o pessoal é amigável. Quartos pequenos - típicos de NY - mas banheiros e chuveiros agradáveis. Nenhum tapete, o que é sempre uma vantagem. É pequeno e boutique, então não há grande átrio ou saguão, mas às vezes isso é uma boa mudança. Calmo à noite. O restaurante ao lado do lobby - Allora - é caro - novamente típico de NY - mas boa comida, equipe acolhedora e ambiente aconchegante.

Localização conveniente para Midtown - St. Patrick's, Grand Central Station, extremo sul do Central Park. Esse geralmente seria um local tranquilo, mas havia uma grande construção na porta ao lado (no momento da redação deste artigo). É um lugar básico, moderno e pequeno - saguão mínimo, elevadores e só. Os funcionários da recepção foram úteis. O banheiro tinha azulejos, piso aquecido e toalhas macias. O quarto tinha um pequeno frigorífico e um cofre. Uma varanda permitia um pouco de ar fresco. As paredes eram finas, então experimentamos ruído dos hóspedes no quarto ao lado.

We had a great two nights at The Bernic. It’s in a great location and the room was comfy and clean (loved the heated bathroom floors!) Britney at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay here again when we make it back to NYC.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times for business. Always clean, staff is friendly. Small rooms - typical for NY - but nice bathrooms and showers. No carpet which is always a plus. It’s small and boutique so no large atrium or lobby but sometimes that’s a nice change. Quiet at night. The restaurant off lobby - Allora - is pricey - again typical for NY - but good food, welcoming staff and cozy atmosphere.

Location convenient to Midtown - St. Patrick's, Grand Central Station, south end of Central Park. This would generally be a quiet location but there was major construction next door (as of this writing). It's a basic, modern, small place - minimal lobby, elevators, and that's about it. Front desk staff were helpful. Bathroom had tile, heated floor & fluffy towels. Room had a small fridge and a safe. A balcony allowed a bit of fresh air. Walls were thin so we experienced noise from guests in the next room.

This a great boutique hotel in the heart of NYC! Has a very sleek lobby and GREAT staff! Walking distance to Grand Central, Time Square and Top of the Rock! Clean and aesthetically decorated rooms - perfect for staying in the city. Not too big or small. Felt cleaner due to the laminate flooring - no gross carpet! Our room had a coffee maker, mini fridge, iron, blow dryer and safe. You get full sized shampoo, conditioner AND body wash in the VERY roomy walk in shower that comes with dual shower heads! Super comfortable bed and pillows - I loved the pillows so much I took a picture of the label so I can get one of my own! Probably the best rooms I have stayed in honestly. Felt right at home - would stay there again!

The staff here are the absolute BEST!! Britney, Sharon, and Allie r the sweetest and most accommodating staff I have ever been fortunate enough to meet! They always have a smile and ready to help! I recommend EVERYONE come here! The rooms and balconies are amazing and luxurious!! Absolutely 5 stars!!

La ubicación es privilegiada, está muy cerca a buenos restaurantes y muchas de las cosas importantes en Manhattan. La limpieza de las habitaciones aún no es diaria por la situación de Covid y hay que agendarla desde un día antes, eso no me gustó, porque generalmente en los demás hoteles la hacen día de por medio y no hay que estar programándolo.

Muy buena ubicación. Instalaciones bien diseñadas aunque pequeñas. Limpio. Baño funcional, elegante y bien iluminado. Recomendable tanto para turismo como para negocios.

Pequeño hotel en midtown muy cerca de todo el centro. El Hotel es bastante nuevo asociado con Hilton, buenas instalaciones y las habitaciones están limpias. Amplios baños. Alquilamos habitación con balcón, un poco ruidoso el aire acondicionado, pero el resto muy bien. La atención extremamente gentil y hospitalaria. Tienen un pequeño bar al lado.

Highly recommend. Staff is very friendly. Nice Location with restaurants, bars, subways all within quick walking distance. Hotel rooms are aizesble compared to other hotels in New York City. Only downside is elevators take a little long if packed. Joe the GM is incredibly nice. Front desk Ali and Lisa were very accommodating. Hotel gets packed frequently as for its convenience. And cleanliness. Staff does everything to make you have the best stay possible. Highly recommend

Excellent location and space. The reception manager Jennifer is truly one of the most beautiful people I’ve met. Someone like that could easily be standoffish, but she was humble, warm, and welcoming — an epitome of hospitality. When I may have felt like a burden for arriving so late and requesting special check out accommodations, she transformed our brief interaction into the most genteel yet humane of receptions. Truly memorable. In retrospect, I wish I requested supervisor contact info to write a letter of commendation — an oversight owing to the fact I’ve never done that. They also wear fashionable uniforms reflective of the time and space. They keep a cool vibe going there. Highly recommend.

So I must say I was a tad bit displeased at first because check in is at 4 pm yet our room wasn’t ready until 4:40 pm which was pretty annoying. However, I will say that the staff more than made up for that. As a token for our patience they provided us with breakfast vouchers and a bottle of Prosecco brought to our room. They were nice touches for having to wait 40 minutes past check in, so only one star off for that. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great, the hotel location was great, and the balcony was cute. Despite the fact that we didn’t check in quite on time, I would still stay here again. The staff more then made up for it, and they were very attentive.

Great hotel for a reasonable price. Staff were all very nice and were accommodating. The room was way larger than we expected too, as was the bed. The heated shower room floor was a nice touch. The location was good too, only a few minutes walk to grand central where you can get to any part of the city.

Excellent staff. Nice clean room, excellent bedding! The balconies are a great commodity. The arrangement with the restaurant for breakfast was a challenge. Being a lifetime diamond I was supposed to get free breakfast. But wasn't allowed to order from the menu, only a small continental breakfast. And the guy was not very nice about it. However the front desk staff said they would inter vein of it happened again. So I'm not going to complain. Also the hotel give passes to the NY racquet club.
