Great hotel, Nice Clean Rooms. Each floor has a filtered water machine and ice maker which was very convenient for filling water bottles and the water jug they provide you in your room.The breakfast was good but can be improved. Mexico is a coffee country, and the only things missing was a good Breakfast Tea (they had selection but then it was not great)Front Office Service was awesome and helpful. The only negative was the bartenders on the rooftop, as we went there in the afternoon, the service staff was not in serving mood, they were busy chatting in themselves and we had to remind them a few times for our orders, which was not well served. They seem to avoid attending us somehow.The Hotel is located at the front of a mall, which gives it a different feel, you could get to souvenir shopping or just visit any good bar or restaurant nearby. Cada andar possui uma máquina de água filtrada e uma máquina de fazer gelo, o que foi muito conveniente para encher garrafas de água e o jarro de água que eles fornecem em seu quarto.O café da manhã era bom, mas pode ser melhorado. Nearly perfect 🥰.Although not on the beach, this property really is comfortable, super clean, and conveniently located at the mall.You can walk to several waterfront restaurants there, which were very good.Room service (at 4am no less) was quick and tasty.The breakfast is rather impressive and extremely bountiful. EVERY staff member we interacted with throughout our stay was friendly, engaged and helpful.It felt like they actually enjoyed their jobs, which created a pleasant atmosphere.The lobby is beautiful and modern and the rooftop pool & bar are great.Would stay here again & again.Housekeeping also does a great job like they take pride in their work.The only very minor complaint is that the drinks were a little small and the alcohol seemingly missing; although frankly, that seemed like a problem everywhere in Cancun.Just give me a big pour of cheap house spirits in my margarita and I'll be happy.We're on vacation after all. Clean. friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Best hotel experience I have had this far. Location is across from the beach so I advise you know that you are around more shopping and entertainment and (so close but so far) from the beach since the hotels across the street are private owned beaches. Either way, for what we were looking for, Hilton surpassed my expectations and I enjoyed my stay there

Great hotel.Rooms were very clean and nicely furnished.My favorite was the hanging chair for coffee in the morning. Each floor has a filtered water machine and ice maker which was very convenient for filling water bottles and the water jug they provide you in your room.The breakfast was amazing.All the normal breakfast foods you could want plus Mexican options to try. They had an amazing selection of fresh breads and pastries as well as a coffee bar.Service was awesome as well.My only negative was the pool bartenders were not service oriented at all.They basically refused to acknowledge me waiting for service and when I finally did get them to speak to me it was as if I was an inconvenience to their conversation. Other than that, the pool was beautiful and a nice water option since the hotel is not on the beach or closer than a 10-15 minute walk to the public beach.

Na maioria das vezes, tivemos uma ótima experiência no Canopy, mas, infelizmente, saímos com uma nota ruim após uma experiência ruim no check-out. No check-in, atualizamos nosso quarto (o que foi ótimo -- tivemos uma vista incrível!) por um pequeno aumento de US$ 20 por noite. Com certeza vale muito a pena!Nos primeiros três dias de nossa estadia, as donas de casa não entraram em nosso quarto (apesar de definirmos a placa da porta em "Sweep - limpeza solicitada" e nos últimos dois dias pedindo isso na recepção várias vezes). Em nossa quarta ligação para solicitar isso (depois de estar fora o dia inteiro e realmente esperando voltar para casa para limpar as toalhas), mencionamos que este era o terceiro dia sem limpeza e nossa quarta ligação / parada na recepção e perguntamos se nossa taxa de atualização pode ser compensada. A pessoa com quem falamos pediu desculpas e concordou que essa taxa seria compensada.No entanto, quando fizemos o check-out, o gerente da recepção se recusou a reembolsar essa taxa (ele ofereceu 50% de reembolso) e nos disse que já estávamos recebendo WiFi premium (que não usamos) e que tínhamos colocado a placa do lado de fora a porta incorretamente, barrando os limpadores do nosso quarto. Foi uma interação realmente infeliz, pois sabíamos que essas duas coisas eram bobagens e tudo isso custava aproximadamente US $ 30. Apenas não é a experiência que eu esperava e não corresponde ao calibre de nossas outras experiências lá!Em termos de aspectos positivos, o quarto e o hotel eram lindos e o serviço que recebemos antes do check-out foi fantástico - apreciamos especialmente os assistentes do lobby e o concierge! O hotel tinha várias bicicletas que poderíamos fazer check-out gratuitamente. Um dia, meu noivo e eu andamos alguns quilômetros até uma praia agradável para o dia - definitivamente um destaque de nossa viagem!

El hotel esta moderno y comodo muy nuevo, buen buffet, gimnasio bien equipadoy habitaciones con buen espacio y vista al mar y a la laguna. Lo malo es que todo se escucha entre cuartos al grado que parece que estan en el mismo cuarto ademas la zona de albercas que deberia ser para relajarte y disfrutar la vista pues no es practicamente una discoteca con Dj.. el sonido extremadamente alto, por lo mismo no disfrutamos la estadia y no volvere.

We mostly had a great experience at Canopy, but unfortunately, we left on a bad note after a bad experience at checkout. Upon check-in we upgraded our room (which was great -- we had an awesome view!) for a small $20 per night increase. Definitely well worth it! The first three days of our stay, the housekeepers didn't enter our room (despite us setting the door sign on "Sweep -- cleaning requested" and for the last two days asking for this at the front desk multiple times). On our fourth call to request this (after being out for the entire day and really hoping to come home to clean towels), we mentioned that this was the third day with no cleaning and our fourth call/stop at the front desk and asked if our upgrade fee could be comped. The person we spoke to was very apologetic and agreed that this fee would be comped. However, when we checked out, the front desk manager refused to reimburse this fee (he offered 50% reimbursement) and told us that we were already being comped premium WiFi (which we didn't use) and that we had put the sign outside the door incorrectly, barring the cleaners from our room. It was a really unfortunate interaction, since we knew that both of these things were nonsense and all of this was over approximately $30. Just not the experience I would have expected and did not match the caliber of our other experiences there! In terms of positives, the room and hotel was gorgeous and the service we received before checkout was fantastic -- we especially appreciated the lobby assistants and concierge! The hotel had several bikes that we could check out for free. One day, my fiance and I rode these a couple miles to a nice beach for the day -- definitely a highlight of our trip!

Perfect location, next to La Isla shopping mall good choices of food. Really comfortable rooms with eco-friendly amenities, yummy coffee machine, no spoons though. Great room service, yummy food too, they cleaned up after very efficiently but it bothered me a little that they kept calling to check to see if things were OK when I just wanted to sleep in. Appreciate the concern though. Laundry was prompt. The pool was a little crowded but fantastic view on the rooftop!

Meu parceiro e eu ficamos durante o fim de semana do Memorial Day. Ficamos agradavelmente satisfeitos com a estética deste local. Está centralmente localizado e a uma curta distância da zona hoteleira. O quarto tinha essas janelas do chão ao teto incríveis que davam vistas deslumbrantes sobre o oceano do nosso quarto. A equipe foi gentil, amigável, experiente e tão acolhedora. Com certeza iremos visitar novamente. Recomendo para solteiros e casais - a piscina na cobertura e jacuzzi valem a estadia.

My partner and I stayed during Memorial Day Weekend. We were pleasantly pleased by the aesthetic of this location. It’s centrally located and within walking distance to the hotel zone. The room had these amazing floor to ceiling windows which gave stunning views of the ocean from our room. The staff was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and so accommodating. We’ll definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend to singles & couples - the roof top pool & jacuzzi are worth the stay.

Adorei este local. Muito profissional e atencioso desde o momento em que entramos. Tudo foi perfeito. Você tem que conferir a piscina e o bar da cobertura, com vistas fenomenais da baía. Há uma piscina de borda infinita e uma pequena jacuzzi. O bar fica aberto até tarde. A academia tem o seu equipamento típico de hotel (sem rack de agachamento). Tomamos café da manhã antes de sair para o aeroporto. Pagamos cerca de US$ 45 para duas pessoas. Ótimo serviço, definitivamente gostei da omelete.A melhor parte foi a atenção do gerente do hotel aos detalhes. Por acaso o encontramos à beira da piscina e mencionei brevemente o aniversário da minha mãe. Assim que voltamos ao nosso, tivemos uma agradável surpresa 🤍Definitivamente recomendo este Hilton, especialmente se você estiver na festa?

Mejor noche de sueño en mi vida! Todo equipo es genuinamente amable, señal de que los gerentes tratan bien a sus empleados. Un destaque y agradecimiento especial a Maggy, Manuel, Luis, Yasmin y Xitlali. Moderno pero acogedor, grande y bello, fue unos de lo mejores hoteles en donde me quedé.Solo le hace falta acceso libre a la playa. Loved this location. Very professional and attentive from the moment we stepped in. Everything was perfect. You have to check out the rooftop pool and bar it has phenomenal views of the bay. There is an infinity pool and small jacuzzi. The bar is open late. The gym has your typical hotel equipment (no squat rack). We had buffet breakfast before heading out to the airport. We paid roughly $45 for two people. Great service, definitely enjoyed the omelette. The best part was how attentive the hotel manager was to detail. We so happened to meet him by the pool and I briefly mentioned my mother’s birthday. Once we got back to our we had a pleasant surprise 🤍 Definitely recommend this Hilton especially if your over the fiesta 🪅

Minha esposa e eu recentemente ficamos aqui por alguns dias. Fiquei extremamente surpreso. Primeiro, a equipe foi incrível. Segundo o quarto era muito limpo e moderno. O bar e piscina na cobertura é A+. Excelente vista, boa música e excelentes cocktails. Todas e todas ótimas vibrações. Localização é excelente. Literalmente fica ao lado de um shopping center com ótimas lojas e excelentes restaurantes. Também foi uma curta caminhada até a praia. Você não pode errar aqui.

Nossa estadia foi excepcional. Para a nossa estadia este hotel deu o toque extra e nos sentimos mimados. Poderíamos dizer que a gerência deve enfatizar o serviço. Temos ficado em muitos hotéis e ficamos surpresos que este classificado no topo da lista devido ao serviço. O tamanho do quarto é um pouco apertado em um duplo, mas os quartos são bem projetados e as comodidades mais do que compensam. Ótimo restaurante e coworking.

Went to Mexico for two weeks and this was one of the three hotels that we stayed at. We ended our trip here because of how close it was the airport and Isla Mujeres. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very clean, no beach but we had a room that gave us beach views. The staff were all so friendly and helped us with all of our needs. The hotel is located in or by the mall which also makes convenient for shopping and food. Speaking of food, The breakfast was great, American style and not much Mexican but there are a ton or great Mexican places near by to eat at - given it is Cancun.The roof top pool was a ton of fun, was sad that it closed so early other than that I give it 5 stars and Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again in the future.

Our stay was exceptional. For our stay this hotel gave the extra touch and we felt pampered. We could tell that the management must stress service. We have stayed in many hotels and were surprised that this ranked top of the list due to service. The room size is a little tight in a double but the rooms are well designed and the amenities more than made up for it. Great restaurant and co working spaces.

My wife and I recently stayed here for a few days. I was extremely surprised. First, the staff was amazing. Second the room was very clean and modern. The rooftop bar and pool is A+. Great view, great music and great cocktails. All and all great vibe. Location is superb. Literally it is beside a shopping mall with great stores and excellent restaurants. It was also a short walk to the beach. You can't go wrong here.

Junto a mi familia tuvimos una estadía muy agradable en el Canopy. A pesar de no ser un hotel de playa, tiene una ubicación excelente. Se encuentra junto a los 2 centros comerciales La Isla, la rueda de Cancún y otros atractivos que quedan caminando o a muy poca distancia. Justo en el punto medio de las mejores playas de la Zona Hotelera.El hotel es nuevo (2 años, creo), con un diseño muy vanguardista y lleno de detalles cool.Su terraza, de lo mejor del hotel. Una carta de comidas y tragos acotada, pero de buena calidad y a buen precio. La vista: increíble.El personal muy amable, en especial en el front desk y quienes atienden a las mesas, destaco a Maggy, quien siempre estuvo con la mejor disposición, ¡muchas gracias!La habitación, algo pequeña, pero con todo lo necesario… y de nuevo, con implementos y decoración de primer nivel.Recomendado.

El lobby, restaurante bar y las habitaciones con linda decoración, comodas intalaciones y de excelente funcionamiento.El roof top con muy buen diseño de funcionamiento y decoración. Con vistas 360 grados espectaculares, le da un muy buen “plus” al hotel a pesar de no estar ubicado directo frente al mar.

Canopy by Hilton at Cancun is very comfortable hotel at a good location. The Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back next time. Shortcomings are, there is no fridge or microwave in the room. People having special dietary conditions will not be able to store their food or warm it up.

Beautiful property, terrible management. When using the pool we were told we could not sit in the shaded area unless we purchased something from the bar. In addition, they had a private event on Dec 17. It was held on the rooftop/ pool area. We were 3 floors below but the bass was so loud we were unable to sleep. (We were wearing foam ear plugs.) After calling the front desk, we were told there was nothing they could do, the party would end at 4 am. At 9am we went to the front desk to speak to the manager about the incident. It took the manager 90 minutes to walk over and speak with us. His office was about 45 feet from where we were waiting!!!! Instead of apologizing and asking what he could do to make things right, he shamed us and then tried to bargain with a free breakfast and Hilton points. We just wanted our night compensated. He was terrible. What happened to customer service? We checked out and went to the Riu Palace. The Riu has the level of service we were expecting from the Hilton Canopy but were sadly disappointed

Era um hotel novo e bonito, limpo e confortável. O atendimento do porteiro no primeiro andar era muito bom, por isso fui atendido várias vezes, mas é uma pena que a recepcionista não se sentisse calorosa porque todas as explicações eram claras. A comida do bar da cobertura estava deliciosa, mas não acho muito boa porque tem um barman que serve uma recarga de saquê, embora eu não peça sozinho. Eu quero que você melhore. No final, eu não consegui terminar de beber e levei de volta para o meu quarto e joguei fora. Gostaria que você ouvisse claramente que tipo de serviço é esse, se for cobrado. Eu estava surpreso.

Stay was just ok. Conceirge carlos Is lazy, he will direct you to lift and will not help with luggages.Staff are ok but not that welcoming. Room are good , compact and clean. Laundry is expensive. Food and room service are good but expect delays. Roof top was the best in my overall stay.

Me apaixonei pelas fotos do rooftop do Canopy by Hilton, a roda gigante garante um belo visual para fotos! O quarto que fiquei possui uma decoração moderna, com vista para a roda gigante e um balanço próximo da janela, um diferencial para a água a vontade no corredor. Voltaria com certeza!

Pésima experiencia. En agosto dejé mi Apple Watch en la habitacion y me fui sin darme cuenta, por suerte lo pude geolocalizar gracias la App Buscar de Apple y vi que estaba en el mismo hotel. Llamé para pedir que me lo guardaran y lo pasaría a buscar, la sorpresa fue que me dijeron que no lo tenian. Me atendió la Srta. Andrea y al decirle que tenia el reloj geolicalizado en el hotel ya se puso nerviosa y me dijo que lo encontrarían, me pidió mi mail y me aseguró que me mandarian mail cuando lo encontraran. A dia de hoy sigo esperando.No recomiendo para nada ir a un lugar en el que NO PUEDES CONFIAR, ya que si te dejas algo se lo van a quedar.

Very good hotel. Food is very good and safe. No issue during our stay. People are very friendly and take care of your requests. The beach is around 700 meters from the hotel, for us it was not a problem. The swimming pool is great with real amazing view. Thank you to the team we got a very good stay.

Lindo lugar! Parece (e é) totalmente novo. Os quartos são confortáveis e bonitos e todos foram muito simpáticos e acolhedores (mesmo vamos fazer o check-in um pouco mais cedo). A piscina / bar da cobertura é super agradável também. A localização não é muito conveniente, a menos que você goste de fazer compras. Mas é uma curta viagem de ônibus para praticamente qualquer lugar. Além disso, um dia tivemos uma confusão no café da manhã, quando descemos e perguntamos se era cortesia para o pessoal da cozinha, nos disseram que sim, e assim conseguimos uma pequena quantidade de comida para começar o dia. Alguns minutos depois, fomos agredidos com uma nota de $ 40. E éramos apenas duas pessoas. Foi um delicioso café da manhã. Mas não vale $ 20, especialmente com a quantidade de comida que ambos comemos. A equipe pode ter entendido mal nossa pergunta ou algo assim. Mas, independentemente, foi meio perturbador. Teria sido bom pelo menos saber o preço antes. Além disso, embora uma estadia encantadora!

BEAUTIFUL- Clean- magnificent- chic -accommodating- and just amazing! Everywhere you look , it’s perfect! We visited during August and the AC went out a couple of times- but they used a generator to get things back in order.Breakfast was delicious and full of colorful and diverse variety! The lounge literally pulled you in with so much character and charm! The guest room doors are evenglamorous! You can not ask for a better- safer place to stay. Even the bell hop and concierge staff is Uber accommodating. They made sure that our cab driver took us to the right place for a great local meal!!!!I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful place! Looks (and is) brand new. Rooms are comfortable and beautiful and everyone was very friendly and accommodating (even let is check in a bit early). The rooftop pool/bar is super nice too. Location isn't super convenient unless you're into shopping. But it's a short bus ride pretty much anywhere. Also, we had a mix up at breakfast one day where we came down and asked if it was complimentary to the kitchen staff, we were told yes, and so we got a small amount of food to start our day. We were then slapped with a $40 bill a few minutes later. And we were only two people. It was a delicious breakfast. But not worth $20, especially with the amount of food we both ate. The staff might have misunderstood our question or something. But regardless, it was kind of upsetting. Would have been nice to at least know the price before. Other than that though a lovely stay!

Great rooftop experience the bar was good also making the drink although the drinks were a little pricey.We liked the options of being able to bring our own liquor though that immediately made up for the pricey drinks but the issue is you have to keep an eye on you area as you swim because the waiter was serving our bought liquor to another group and I caught him doing it was an honest mistake and he replaced all liquor plus more and was very apologetic.Make sure if you drive and park there that you download the parco app cause that's the only way you can get out the parking deck if you are paying with a card. If you are paying with pesos or cash you are fine to pay at machine or if you are staying at the hotel then parking is free.

Our stay at Hilton Canopy was perfect from beginning to end. Rene greeted us with incredible hospitality, helped with luggage, translation, and escorted us to our room. The entire staff had really great English so communication was never an issue. The breakfast was amazing!!! Loved the green juice. Ricardo made getting our COVID tests easy and seamless. Luis took such great care of us at the rooftop bar!! Which is where we spent most of our time... that pool was unbelievable! The live music on Cinco De Mayo was such a treat. Truly a stay we will remember for a lifetime.

If you don’t need to be directly in front of the beach, look no further. I have been to the Canopy hotels in Zagreb and São Paulo and this one in Cancun is another example of how a hotel in 2021 should be. It’s simply perfect! Amazing quality in the rooms, great breakfast, very aesthetic design throughout the hotel, free unlimited filtered water, nice rooftop pool and gym. The mall next door is also very convenient. I travel a lot and all other big chains should check out the Canopy brand and take notes. Hilton did an amazing job here!

É um hotel da nova marca Hilton. Adquira um ambiente urbano, e absorva o tradicional do México e até um pouco do Mundo Maia. É decorado muito bonito. Os quartos são pequenos, mas estão muito bem equipados e são muito confortáveis. Tem uma cobertura espetacular com uma piscina infinita e um bar que tem um ambiente muito bom. Está imerso em um dos principais shoppings da zona hoteleira.

Es un hotel de la nueva marca de Hilton. Adquiere un ambiente urbano, y absorbe lo tradicional de México e incluso un poco tambien del Mundo Maya. Esta decorado muy bonito.Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy bien equipadas y muy comodas. Tiene un roof espectacular con la alberca infinita y un bar que se pone de muy buen ambiente. Se encuentra inmerso en una de las plazas comerciales principales de la zona hotelera.

A localização é perfeita, a uma curta caminhada de uma praia muito bonita, onde tenho fotos que parecem legítimas com um papel de parede de iPhone. O hotel tem um ótimo ginásio que foi bem conservado e limpo. A equipe seguiu as recomendações de saúde pública acima e além. A piscina da cobertura e o bar eram modernos e tinham uma vista incrível. O quarto era limpo e a cama uma das melhores que já dormimos em um hotel. Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia e tivemos uma ótima experiência geral. A comida do café da manhã era deliciosa e apresentava influências culturais.

Este tem sido um dos hotéis mais notáveis em que já me hospedei. Este hotel era absolutamente lindo, por dentro e por fora. Decoração incrível e uma equipe ainda melhor. Todos foram muito gentis e atenciosos. Este hotel tem uma localização privilegiada com fácil acesso a restaurantes e lojas, mas para ser honesto, não havia necessidade de ir a restaurantes fora do hotel porque a experiência gastronómica do hotel vale 5 estrelas. Fomos capazes de cada almoço no telhado quase todos os dias e bebidas e alimentos incríveis. A comida e serviço foi A +. No geral, este é um ótimo hotel para ficar de fora se você estiver pensando em visitar esta parte do México. 5/5

Es de los lugares más modernos y hermosos que he visitado. Pasamos a tomarnos una copa de vino y un postre. Los detalles son su distinción como las maderas en el nivel principal, bueno hasta en los baños. Las atenciones del personalson de excelente calidez humana. This has been one of the most outstanding hotels I have ever stayed at. This hotel was absolutely beautiful, inside and out. Amazing decor and an even better staff. Everyone was so kind and attentive. This hotel is in a prime location with easy access to restaurants and shopping, but to be honest, there was no need to go to restaurants outside the hotel because the hotel food experience is worth 5 stars. We were able to each lunch on the rooftop almost every day and have amazing drinks and food. The food and service was A+. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay out if you are thinking about visiting this part of Mexico. 5/5

Location is perfect, walking distance to a very beautiful beach where I got pictures that legit look like an iPhone wallpaper. The hotel has a great gym that was well kept and clean. The staff followed public health recommendations above and beyond. The roof pool and bar dining were modern and had amazing views. The room was clean and the bed one of the best we have ever slept on in a hotel. We enjoyed our stay and had an overall great experience. & Breakfast food was delicious and showed cultural influences.

Everyone was very helpful and professional. The bellman were ALWAYS available to greet us and had our car immediately available. Breakfast buffet was great, the room was fantastic. Modern neat and clean.

Acomodação reservada por 5 noites. Eles nunca limparam o quarto, portanto, nunca trocaram as toalhas. O xampu e o sabonete acabaram no segundo dia. Pelo café da manhã pago antecipadamente, traziam uma conta todos os dias, todas as manhãs tinham que ligar para o gerente e ouvir um pedido de desculpas.Além do chique exterior, não há nada de bom aqui. A localização também é terrível. A praia mais próxima fica a 1,2 km de distância.

Eu realmente gostei da minha estadia neste hotel, era muito limpo e moderno, muito novo. Não é na praia, mas fica a 10-12 minutos a pé da praia pública, se você não se importar em caminhar até a praia. O café da manhã foi incrível! A equipe da recepção foi muito útil durante o check-in. A piscina e o bar da cobertura é LINDO, sentado lá em cima era bom e relaxante. A estadia no hotel foi muito boa, eu gostaria que eles tivessem transporte do aeroporto porque o aeroporto fica a 20 minutos de distância e você vai precisar de um táxi ou pode alugar um carro, mas além disso, este hotel vale a pena ficar.

Lindo hotel novinho em folha, a decoração é muito bacana nas áreas comuns e nos quartos. A cobertura é incrível com dj ao vivo. O hotel aceita animais de estimação e está conectado ao shopping La Isla. Ótima opção para os jovens e também para os cariocas passarem uma noite agradável desfrutando de uns coquetéis na cobertura. O serviço em todas as áreas do hotel é incrível e a limpeza é excelente.

Beautiful brand new hotel, the decoration is very cool in the public areas and the rooms. The rooftop is awesome with live dj. The hotel is pet friendly ❤🐶 and is connected to la Isla mall. Great option for young people and also for locals to have a nice evening enjoying some cocktails in the rooftop. Service in all areas of the hotel is amazing and the cleanliness is outstanding.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it was very clean and modern, very new. Its not on the beach but it’s a 10-12 minute walking distance to the public beach if you don’t mind walking to the beach.The breakfast was amazing! Staff at the front desk was very helpful during check-in. The rooftop pool & bar is BEAUTIFUL, sitting up there was nice & relaxing. The hotel stay was very good, I wish they had airport shuttle because the airport is 20mins away & you will need a taxi or you can drive a rental but besides that, this hotel is worth the stay.

The staff was fantastic. Enjoyed our 12 night stay here and the staff really made the visit great. They made us feel welcomed, helped with several items we needed help with and remembered us by name when we were coming and going from the hotel. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Kenneth was my normal server and he made sure I had hot coffee. He also got my wife a coffee to go with a pastry each morning. Not on the beach, so if you want a beach hotel, this is not for you. It is a new hotel and the rooms are large with nice furnishings. Beds were a little hard for our taste, but we are spoiled at home with a very nice bed that is soft. We would definitely recommend this hotel for others. The area has lots of shopping and restaurants too.
