O hotel é bem localizado, pertinho de linhas de metrô e da linha J, que liga direto ao aeroporto, o quarto e o sanitário são ótimos. Os recepcionistas agradáveis e prestativos. Perto de tudo, bem ao lado tem uma TJ MAXX, Starbucks e outros pontos comerciais ótimos. Dá para visitar todo o distrito financeiro a pé partindo dele. Peca por não oferecer café da manhã, mas o restaurante de dentro do hotel é interessante.

Hotel muito confortável, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, localização excelente, snacks gratuitos no café da manhã e no final do dia, como também cafés e vinho. Estações de metrô muito próximas. Comércio próximo como lojas de roupas, de departamento, restaurantes, cafés e lanchonetes.

Equipe muito eficiente e atenciosa. Quarto agradável, mas banheiro deixa um pouco a desejar. Localização junto a estação Wall St facilita bastante a locomoção pela cidade.

They were kind enough to accommodate our early check-in and hold our luggage while we wandered the city. Unfortunately, the small queen room was not set up for 2 people (only 1 set of towels) and it took them half an hour to bring more up, despite us just wanting to go to bed. The bed was among the least comfortable I've slept on at a hotel in some time. I'm a side sleeper and I woke up every hour to my arm falling asleep. There's no way to block the light from the large window, so if sleeping in is part of your plan, you can forget it. Low pressure shower only. AC works very well. Big TV. Keurig in room. Plenty of outlets, and a nice little desk for work. WiFi is decent. It's inexpensive, but I probably won't be back.

This hotel canceled my reservation without notice. No rebooking offered, no compensation paid. Stay away from this hotel, the management are fraudsters and deceivers.

Where do I begin. The service, the staff, and the whole experience was easily 5 stars! The rooms were spacious with high ceilings, huge comfortable beds and cable access. The staff are the definitions of professional and courteous. The area is very tourist friendly and there are ample space for parking. What else can I say but come for the time of your life!

Primera noche de estadía y la temperatura de mi cuarto no subió de 16 grados centigrados. No ofrece una forma de calentar la habitación si no es a través de aire acondicionadono es con radiador, en la maña se comprometieron a arreglarlo, precio beneficio está bien

Hotel antiguo, pero bueno. Tiene microondas para calentar comida y un congelador pequeño. Ubicado cerca de todo, estación de metro en la esquina.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights in fall of 2019 and while adequate I would say this is really best for short solo trips.The rooms are very small, but the bed was comfortable. Not a ton of storage but the space is organized as well as they could manage. The TV Chromecast features worked quite well. Climate control worked fine.The bathroom does not have a door, which was not great for two people. In place of a door they have a sort of sliding panel that hangs in front of, but not against the doorframe. I've included pictures. There is definitely no noise barrier (the toilet is quite loud), and heat and steam easily leaks into the rest of the room while showering. The shower itself worked well but the walls and floor were quite old and poorly maintained. The floor of the shower was poorly leveled and pooled water in one corner rather than draining.The staff at the front desk were able to get us checked in promptly and were very accommodating with an early check in time, but when we asked for extra towels it took two calls and two hours before anyone delivered them.

The staff here was really accommodating and friendly despite seeming overwhelmed with the volume of guests. I had an issue with my bank card and they were understanding enough to waive the $50 dollar incidentals fee - other places would have turned me away or required I leave my passport with them - even if the room was already paid in advance. Location is great, and the option to leave luggage at the hotel on the day you arrive or leave was helpful.You could tell that minor upgrades were made to the rooms - especially the washroom fixtures - but the shower was not up to par. The grout was sloppily done - if at all - which made it look dirty. Attention to detail here would have been a good idea. TV didn't work. And the heating/AC unit is very loud.

Stayed here for one night and everyone was AMAZING! Super kind and helpful. Want to give a big shoutout to Greg who let us check in early, and was extremely accommodating during our stay. Very friendly and also a past DMV (DC, Maryland & Virginia) resident! Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family! Thanks everyone :)

Bueno. Para cuatro estrellasen España tiene algún fallo. Me sorprendióel predesayuno. Café de máquina.fruta,barritas energéticas, todo de buena calidad y abundante. Supongo que se alojará en el Hotel personas que trabajen en la zona financiera.

Muy buen hotel, cama cómoda, la TV tiene posibilidad de envío desde el móvil a un Chromecast preinstalado, muy útil. Por la mañana poder cogerte un café para llevar y una pieza de fruta o algún snack, a las 17:00 ofrecen vino... Está muy bien situado.

Very nice hotel.Walking distance to many attractions and shopping. Rooms are clean and updated.Friendly staff and good amenities, like free bottled water stations, snacks and wine every day. Also nice coffee station available 24 hrs.Only reason would not give 5 stars is due to the ac unit over bed that is too loud.

We stayed 3 nights, room was great for 2 people. It's kind of snug. Desk area, super small fridge, and the restroom is kinda small but it works. Great location a few blocks from everything, there is a bar/restaurant next door. The hotel has a happy wine hour, and they also provide some snacks in the morning and coffee throughout the entire day. They also have water bottle stations you can fill your own or use the bottles they have there. Staff was friendly. They will also hold your bags after you check out in case you still need to do other things. Would stay again.

Limpio, confortable, personal amable y una ubicación muy conveniente. Me gustó mucho que tuvieran agua potable en cada piso e inclusive con botellas desechables. También me gustó la máquina de café de el lobby. Seguramente volveré a considerar este hotel en mi próximo visita a NYC

La ubicación de esta propiedad es excelente, a pocos minutos caminando del WTC, Wall Street, Battery Park, y el subterráneo. Las habitaciones son compactas pero óptimamente diseñadas y equipadas, además de limpias. El agua tiene buena presión y la temperatura es controlada directamente en la habitación. El hotel ofrece agua purificada sin costo adicional, y café ad libitum. Sin embargo, el café es terrible tanto en la habitación como en el lobby. Finalmente, las habitaciones están equipadas con Smart TVs con Chromecast y apps integradas. Me quedaria allí de nuevo con gusto.

Club Quarters Hotel, Wall Street was a great location for the financial area. The staff was very friendly and service was great. Wine and snacks in the evening were a plus. Rooms are small but clean...

Great Value & location.

We stayed here 3 nights to go see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on Broadway. While the decor is a little outdated everything else was great. The room was clean and kept out the city noise as well...

Clean hotel, room was quite small which is expected in nyc. Hotel is right on Wall Street and easy walking distance to subway and close attractions. Heater in the room didnât work during winter...
