Hotel bom, parecia que estava reforma quando fui com minha esposa. O nosso andar tinha carpete e um cheiro de mofo, mas o hotel em si era muito bom.

Quartos muito grandes, confortáveis e limpos. Boa televisão (mas deveria ter pelo menos um canal com língua portuguesa), excelente piscina, campos de ténis, um campo de futebol e um campo de basket. Tem um excelente ginásio. Os empregados são muito simpáticos e o pequeno almoço é excelente. Recomendado para quem vem em família.

Externamente muito elegante e charmoso, porém seu interior e muito velho, mobiliário antigos, quartos e banheiros com aspecto de maus cuidados.... Lenços de cama, e cortinas com cheiro de mofo!!!

Hotel muy lindo, ubicado en el centro de Santo Domingo, próximo a unos de los parques más importante de la ciudad. Buenos estacionamientos y buen espacio en general. El rooftop es muy lindo y muy linda vista de esa parte de la ciudad.

Hotel muito bom, instalações um pouco antigas mas cuidadas e limpas. Os quartos são espaços e com conforto! A área da piscina é muito boa. Café da manhã é ótimo!

What an incredible place to stay! This Hotel has a lot of history. Maybe a little bit outdated, but the friendliness of the staff and the how they go out of their way to serve will amaze you. Rudi at bar will take care of you and Francisco will do the same at the pool bar. The Merengue and Salsa band show was excellent.

Es un hotel muy tradicional, toda la infraestructura se mantiene desde hace muchos años, las paredes, las puertas, las mesas y sillas son las mismas desde que empecé a ir al hotel hace más de 5 años. En la última experiencia el servicio decayó bastante.

El hotel está bien, pero es necesario mejorar muchas cosas, la comida no es muy rica y creo que tienen problemas de limpieza. El personal es muy atento y amable, eso lo salva un poco.

Mi esposo y yo Fuimos a este hotel por un día de paso (Day Pass) llegamos a las 12:45 pm la comida estuvo excelente pero a las 3pm de la tarde nos hicieron salir de la piscina para darle mantenimiento en conclusión perdimos nuestro dinero porque solamente pudimos almorzar cuando llegamos y bañarnos una hora en la piscina. debieran hacer ese mantenimiento a las 8pm cuando ya la piscina está cerrada !

Calidad precio, súper desconpensado. Hotel muy muy viejo, aun con moqueta en el piso, espejos oxidados, secadores que no funcionan, etc. Lo único bueno que tienen, es el personal, amables, atentos y muy profesionales. La verdad que me aloje haces 3 años y ya tenía esta opinión, para ser marca Palladium, deja muchísimo que desear. Será la ultima vez que me aloje.

I chose to stay at this hotel to celebrate my birthday. No casino. Old stuffy room. Dirty furniture covers. Shower poorly made. Sent two dinner dishes back to kitchen. It had no flavor. Found a place nearby with good flavorful food. Politely Asked the hotel to for a microwave to warm up the leftovers. They dont have a microwave anywhere according to the staff. Disappointing experience to say the least

Estoy ahora mismo en él, y tienen un desastre de habitaciones. Este hotel no llega ni a dos estrellas. Moquetas por las cuales mejor no andar descalzo. Muebles muy estropeados. El baño, tipo hostal. Repito, las fotos estupendas, la realidad una decepción por no decir de verdad lo que pienso.... Llegar de España cansados pero ilusionados y ver estas habitaciones. Venimos de Perú de un verdadero hotel de CINCO ESTRELLAS y esperábamos algo parecido no está estafa.... Ahora el director pedirá disculpas como siempre y hasta luego.... Lo dicho, una m....

El restaurante muy bien!! Pero el servicio un poco flojo con excepción de Rouse y Magie el cual fue excelente. La habitación muy antigua, el tapete huele mal, la ducha incomoda, no es como las fotos. El hotel es un poco alejado para movilizarse, siempre toca taxi o uber.

Nice people. Good service. Hotel needs to be renovated. Music plays loudly until around 11pm. You can hear the bass in the room even on the 6th floor.

Good location and decent price. Great breakfast though very dated facilities. The staff is extremely rude to both locals and foreigners alike. Thsre is never a supervisor in sight and the owners, Palladium Group, have refocused their efforts on improving other locations. Mr. Brawnny Nova, late shift supervisor, has verbally assaulted guests which I have witnessed.

This is a great place. I look forward to going there again. The staff from the reception to the housekeepers to the security is great. I thoroughly enjoyed myself there. The rates were very reasonable for the service that you get. The bartender is amazing, everyone has a great sense of humor and they do whatever they can to try to assist you with all of your needs. I love the place. I was used to going to Jaragua but their rates outpaced what I was looking to spend. This is a great hotel. I love it. The guys in the reception, were fantastic. I highly recommend it.

We spent 5 days here. Our time was okay; breakfast is outstanding, service is pretty good. Our room keys had to be replaced 3 times- not sure why they kept not working. The rooms and hallways are old and outdated but generally clean. My concern was that no one was taking temperatures as people entered. Additionally, no one asked to see our vaccination cards when we checked in. I am not sure what the procedure is in D.R. but I think they should be checking guests, esp at a large hotel that has, by nature, an influx of international travelers all coming together and sharing the same air space.

It’s incredible that the housekeeping staff was the most friendly and educated team from the entire staff. The security staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They discriminate you by your physical appearance and skin color. I stayed at the hotel for 14 days and every single time I entered the hotel I had a problem with the security. The rooms have a strong humidity smell. I was moved to another room but it also had a strong smell. The shower is a disaster. It doesn’t have curtains or a full slide door so, all the water spills outside the shower.I don’t recommend this hotel, look elsewhere in the capital.

Peaceful and calm. Very traditional and solid Hotel. Very near to Grocery Store / Supermarket. Safe zone for walking around as the former ex-President of DR lives around the block. Has a small park where you can walk and excercise. Has a nice pool, tennis court and Gym, where other people that aren't staying in hotel, can go.

Good Hotel. Probably one of the best in town prior to the pandemic. Front desk guys very polite. Waiters away from that. In both restaurants, but mainly the one on the top building. Rude and impolite.

Has a small park where you can walk and excersice. Has a nice pool, tennis court and Gym, where other people that aren't staying in hotel, can go.

Great hotel. Nice pool with a swim up bar. Best gym I've ever seen at a hotel. Amazing food at the restaurant. Great service. Very accommodating. Friendly staff. All around great experience.would highly recommend staying here. P.s. they have an actual casino here too. Play some blackjack and have some cervesa.
