“I am usually a great fan of Hilton's and they are my go to hotels across the UK and Ireland. They are, almost always, clean, well maintained and simply nice places to stay. This one doesn't quite hit the bar.
Firstly the building looks beautiful and the location is pretty good. However inside its a bit tired and old. The rooms are OK but you can tell they've not been refurbished for a long time. Clean enough though..
The restaurant is similar. I guess its OK but it looks like a bit like a school canteen.
Overall its definitely not a bad hotel but there are better Hilton's in London (West End, Tower of London, Islington to name but a few().”

“Convenient location for the West End and the Underground and bus services. DO NOT ACCEPT ROOM 329... it is substandard. Not the level expected of a Hilton Room. It was spacious. But power sockets not working; cracked door; cracked shower; view of other flats!. The concierge staff was good and helpful . The breakfast bar was good and value for money. The hotel manager was nowhere to be seen. No details of room service! or Bible for that matter. We had to ask for gowns and teas. Three times before provision of basics. As we were staying the night and did not want to waste time we checked in and went out. Check out was rapid and efficient.”

Did not experienced their rooms. Went for company meeting, we never got hot drinks or biscuits, only water! No one came to see if we wanted anything! Would have been happy to pay for my own coffee if it would have been offered!

I liked the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, gave us a few more water bottles. Room was good too. Paid a small amount extra for the suite, was worth it as had kids. They gave us an extra duvet which is great when trying to put two children in one bed. Breakfast was decent too. The hotel having umbrellas to borrow was really helpful too as weather was terrible. Good selection and a few made to order items (waffles, pancakes and eggs). Only negative side I'd add is that there's a lot of steps in hotel and no place to drop off outside hotel. So not great if you need an accessible hotel or have lots of bags.

The location is great, close to public transport and easy to get to. A lot of cool places to eat and drink in walking distance too.
The room was mostly comfortable. The bathroom sink did get easily clogged and had small flys coming out of the drain occasionally.
I was happy to get natural light in the room even though it was facing the inner courtyard.
The breakfast in the hotel is much nicer compared to Hilton breakfast selection in US hotels.
Overall our stay was comfortable.
One important thing to mention is that I did not see an accessible entrance to the hotel. So don't know if they are accessibility friendly.
