Obviously this area is great for proximity to all sorts of London attractions and restaurants. The hotel is well designed and boasts a swimming pool and a decent gym also. There is a spa with many treatments available, but definitely book well in advance. I tried to book a slot for a massage a couple of days in advance and they only had one slot left at a time I could not manage. The rooms are comfortable, warm and well equiped and we were very happy with the bath tub and heated bathroom floor. During our stay we frequented the sauna and pool area to read and chill, essential after trudging around London in the rain. Buffet breakfast was not fabulous to be honest, I have had better in much lower class hotels in regards to variation and overall taste. Overall we had a very comfortable and fun stay. You can see the little signs of use overtaking maintenance coming through here and there like the flooring tiles coming up in the dining hall and a blind spot on the TV to chose two small examples, little things that make you think about the price per night here which is not hugely competitive at this level and considering the neighboring hotels. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London for it's location, style and spa facilities.

Fantastic hotel. Great reception experience - the front of house staff are great.I stayed up on the top floor and the view was great. It was very quiet, comfy pillows, tasty food and quick room service.Considering the view, it wasn't even that expensive to stay over so I'd definitely come back if I'm working in this area again. Hotel fantástico. Ótima experiência de recepção - a equipe da frente da casa é ótima.Eu fiquei no último andar e a vista era ótima. Foi muito tranquilo, travesseiros confortáveis, comida saborosa e serviço de quarto rápido.Considerando a vista, não era tão caro ficar, então eu definitivamente voltaria se estivesse trabalhando nesta área novamente.

One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The hospitality was wonderful with such nice little touches and conveniences. The heated bathroom floor has ruined all other bathrooms for me and has created a new home renovation goal. Highly recommend.

Very cool hotel. Love the distinct styling that permeates everything about this hotel from the outside elevation to the interior windows of each guest room. Do not plan on being able to check in early to your room. The waffles for breakfast are AMAZING.

Fantastic hotel. Great reception experience - the front of house staff are great. I stayed up on the top floor and the view was great. It was very quiet, comfy pillows, tasty food and quick room service. Considering the view, it wasn't even that expensive to stay over so I'd definitely come back if I'm working in this area again.

A really lovely hotel. It is pricey but it's worth every penny. Staff are very friendly and obliging. Nothing ever seemed a problem. The rooms were gorgeous with lovely comfortable beds and really designed well. The bathrooms are fantastic. Location is great and really central. We will definitely be back. 11/10 Um hotel realmente encantador. É caro, mas vale cada centavo. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Nada nunca parecia um problema. Os quartos eram lindos com adoráveis camas confortáveis e realmente bem concebidos. Os banheiros são fantásticos. A localização é ótima e bem central. Nós definitivamente voltaremos. 11/10

I had a great stay in Montcalm East during a business trip for a week. The hotel has quite a unique touch and at the price point the amenities can't be beat. The rooms are well planned, reasonably sized and the bathrooms are well appointed including the heated flooring. The hot/ cold breakfasts are so much better than the traditional American breakfast that is seen in the hotel chains. Location wise, this place is quite central to all the tourist spots that someone may want to hit. Eu tive uma ótima estadia em Montcalm East durante uma viagem de negócios por uma semana. O hotel tem um toque único e no ponto de preço as comodidades são insuperáveis. Os quartos são bem planejados, de tamanho razoável e os banheiros são bem equipados, incluindo o piso aquecido. O café da manhã quente/frio é muito melhor do que o café da manhã americano tradicional que é visto nas redes hoteleiras. Em termos de localização, este lugar é bastante central para todos os pontos turísticos que alguém pode querer visitar.

The hotel is very new and has a modern style. There is a spa and a very nice pool and hot tub but a warning about the pool, it’s not suitable for kids under 8 as there is no shallow end and it’s 1.4m deep. The building is very nice looking, there is a nice bar on the ground floor and a restaurant on the 1st which is decent. Staff were excellent and went above and beyond my asks. Would stay again. Excelente hotel. Família de quatro, dois adultos e duas crianças menores de 10 anos na suíte júnior, a maior. O quarto era decentemente espaçoso e tinha um sofá-cama muito bom. O hotel é muito novo e tem um estilo moderno. Há um spa e uma piscina e banheira de hidromassagem muito agradáveis, mas um aviso sobre a piscina, não é adequado para crianças menores de 8 anos, pois não há parte rasa e tem 1,4 m de profundidade. O edifício é muito bonito, há um bar agradável no piso térreo e um restaurante no 1º que é decente. A equipe foi excelente e foi acima e além das minhas perguntas. Ficaria novamente.

El hotel es muy nuevo y tiene un estilo moderno. Hay un spa y una piscina y una bañera de hidromasaje muy agradables, pero una advertencia sobre la piscina, no es adecuada para niños menores de 8 años, ya que no tiene un extremo poco profundo y tiene 1,4 m de profundidad. El edificio tiene un aspecto muy bonito, hay un bonito bar en la planta baja y un restaurante en la 1ª, que es decente. El personal fue excelente y fue más allá de mis preguntas. Me alojaría de nuevo.

Buen hotel con excelente arquitectura exterior, la zona es muy tranquila y de fácil acceso a Metro, Taxi, etc… El precio me pareció excesivo teniendo en cuenta que no es nada merecedor de Hotel 5 estrellas. La atención al cliente es normal y la habitación buena sin llegar a ser fuera de lo estrictamente normal. Recomiendo ver hoteles cercanos con mayor calidad si lo que buscas es un autentico Hotel 5 estrellas…

This hotel was built with aesthetics in mind. It is a beautiful building, inside and out. However, this does lead to a few cons. A. The furniture in the public areas is uncomfortable, especially the little sofas. B. The rooms aren’t made with functionality in mind. Whoever designed the rooms did not stay in their creation for more than a day to insure their design made sense. There should be a place to put your suitcases, hooks to hang up your coats,etc. C. The rooms are made for TALL people. The only two hooks in the bathroom are at the very top of the door. Most people are not that tall!On the pros side: A. The staff is wonderful and go above and beyond to be helpful, from David and the rest of the front desk staff, the housekeeping staff, and definitely the bar/ restaurant staff. B. The mattress was comfortable C. The shower… this was by far the best hotel shower we’ve had. D. The espresso machine in the room is very nice (I’m American, I’d love a traditional coffee pot or pour-over, but I’m not complaining) Este hotel foi construído com a estética em mente. É um belo edifício, por dentro e por fora. No entanto, isso leva a alguns contras. R. Os móveis das áreas comuns são desconfortáveis, principalmente os pequenos sofás. B. Os quartos não são feitos com a funcionalidade em mente. Quem projetou os quartos não ficou mais de um dia em sua criação para garantir que seu projeto fizesse sentido. Deve haver um lugar para colocar suas malas, ganchos para pendurar seus casacos, etc. C. Os quartos são feitos para pessoas ALTAS. Os únicos dois ganchos no banheiro estão no topo da porta. A maioria das pessoas não são tão altas!Do lado dos prós: R. A equipe é maravilhosa e faz de tudo para ser útil, desde David e o restante da equipe da recepção, a equipe de arrumação e, definitivamente, a equipe do bar / restaurante. B. O colchão era confortável C. O chuveiro… este foi de longe o melhor chuveiro de hotel que tivemos. D. A máquina de café expresso no quarto é muito boa (sou americano, adoraria um bule de café tradicional ou derramado, mas não estou reclamando)

Este hotel no merece para nada las 5 estrellas que tiene, en España sería un 3 estrellas. El desayuno apenas tiene variedad y el servicio de habitaciones no te hace la cama hasta las 4/5 pm ... Para el precio, en fin, mejor un hostel

Buen hotel en uno de los barrios más modernos y de moda de Londres. Habitaciones amplias, servicio impecable con detalles como un móvil con 3G ilimitado para recorrer la ciudad. Muy recomendable.
