Talvez por ser trabalhador e não turista não fui bem atendido principalmente pelos resepcionistas. Quando paguei meus consumos extras o hotel se negou a me dar a nota fiscal, alegando poder me fornece-la somente no final da estadia. Eu expliquei que no momento em que efetuei o pagamento eu precisaria enviar a nota para o Brasil, mas na verdade o recepcionista que me atendeu não me deu assunto, dizendo apenas que não seria possível me apresentar a nota naquele momento, só no final da estadia. Esta falta de interesse em me ajudar, aliás, em cumprir com a sua obrigação me afetou, sendo que eu seria reembolsado pela minha empresa referente ao valor pago ao hotel somente no final da estadia (perante a apresentação). Valor pago= 1.230,000,00 pesos.Fiquei muito triste porque minha empresa oferece muitos ganhos a este hotel, hospedando seus funcionários por longos tempos sempre, e nem assim eles tiveram pelo menos o interesse de saber porque eu precisava da nota fiscal naquele momento. Neste hotel foi a última vez que nos hospedamos.

It was a good experience. The room was really beautiful and comfortable and the view was great. I liked the service from some of the staff, however there are some of them who seem not to like their job. Some of them were bad-tempered all the time. Breakfast and swimming pool can improve.

I stayed over here for a week. This hotel is very far away from 5 star. The breakfast was mediocre. The pool was almost non-existent. They will charge you crazy amount of money for your laundry(even much much expensive than US).And if you have a friend who wants to visit you in the hotel just for couple hours(it does not matter man or woman) They will charge you 100COP. I forget my Shirt and Two T shirt in drawer. Next day when I call them they say there is nothing here. I am sure I left them there. Only good thing is it is next to Beach so It is a one star.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location across the street from the beach with many restaurants, shops & a 24 hour pharmacy/convenience store close by. We had a beautiful balcony suite on an upper floor with an amazing view for 11 days. The staff was friendly & efficient. Got an unexpected great deal on breakfast which was nice every morning. Could use some lounge chairs on the beach, but the hotel has its own area with white plastic chairs & tables with umbrellas & security that can watch your stuff while you're swimming or walking. Not the hotel's fault, but the beach & street merchants here are extremely annoying, constantly, unashamedly interrupting any conversation you try to have & staying in your face & personal space no matter have much you say "no" & tell them to get lost. So forget dozing off on this beach. Most of these folks would end up arrested for assault or would acquire a black eye in the U.S.! It's that bad & I'm a big, strong guy. My Colombian girlfriend doesn't understand why it bothers me so much. Definitely a cultural difference...

O hotel tem boas instalações, piscina, hidro, academia, fica de frente para a praia. Temexcelente café e uma funcionária fazendo omeletes de vários sabores durante todo o período do café.

O hotel é muito bom no geral, há quartos com vista para a praia, menos de uma quadra grandes e espaçosos. O café da manhã é bom, mas o espaço é pequeno para tantos hóspedes. O restaurante é bom.

Pegamos o quarto superior com duas camas de casal. Excelente vista! Quarto espaçoso e muito confortável com cortinas blackout e varanda privada. Ótimo chuveiro, secador de cabelo, tv, frigobar, tem até um varal no chuveiro, fornecem toalhas pra praia e se quiser usar os serviços de praia com cadeira e mesa custa 15.000 pesos, café da manhã maravilhoso, quarto silencioso por ter porta dupla. A piscina não é muito grande e fica na cobertura. Tem ponto de táxi em frente ao hotel e um restaurante conectado ao hotel. O concierge funciona no próprio local e a equipe é muito simpática, os preços são mais altos que diretamente nos operadores, não fornecem informações antecipadas sobre passeios por e-mail.

Great location in Cartagena. 10-12 minutes walk to the mall. Few exchange money around the area. Staff was amazing. Alot of breakfast choices. And the restaurant food was good.

Beautiful hotel! It was the perfect place to stay, and the location could have not been better. The staff was superb. The food was... DELICIOUS. It was my personal favorite amenity there. The rooms were in peccable and it got serviced in a detailed manner. It was a great time coming to rest at a clean hotel after a day of enjoying one of Colombia’s most beautiful beaches.

I love this hotel! The staff is really nice, and very friendly. At the front desk Jennifer was super kind, and while we enjoyed our time at the beach Giseth was very helpful with what ever we needed. Every employee in the hotel always seemed happy and were always smiling. Nice location & super clean. I would go back any time.
