Great hotel. The staff is amazing. The rooms clean and the location superb. Highly recommend. We celebrated our anniversary and got our room decorated with flowers and balloons and received nice presents. Thanks!

I was very surprised at how tight the quarters were in general from hallways to rooms but in a way the experience was very cozy. We chose a room with a balcony through the Hilton honors app and what a blessing it was to have a balcony in Manhattan. The concierge KAINA was an absolute gem. She was very accommodating, helped us through our check in swiftly and professionally despite there being a large amount of people in the lobby at the time. It was a pleasure to have her greet us every day and ask if there was anything she could do to improve our stay despite already being very content with the accommodations. She deserves a raise.

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel! If I could give a negative star I would. I am a diamond member and have stayed at Hampton Inn numerous times. Never have I stayed at one in this condition. Was not offered water or anything. I had to ask. In summary: 1) Rooms are extremely small, old, and dirty. My college dorm room was larger than this. 2) Clean bath towels were an issue, they were out of clean towels everyday. Sheets were thin and worn out. 3) Bathroom sink would not drain 4) The gentleman at the desk that worked the night shift was rude and condescending. 5) Our door handle had been kicked in or something and never replaced. 6) The coffee this morning was cold and the front desk worker actually just looked at the me and said … yea it is old, It is last nights coffee. Then smirked. Apparently he was too lazy to prepare a fresh hot pot of coffee for the morning guest. Pictures on the website do not accurately reflect this hotel. On a good note, It is an easy walk to Grand Central Station and there is a pizza place close that sells great pizza by the slice!

Kaina at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast looked decent, although I didn’t get to try it myself there was good seating area and seemed like people were enjoying it. We had lots of fun in New York and coming back to rest here was honestly great. The grand central subway was like 2 blocks down so that was very convenient. I would definitely recommend and I’ll be going back soon!

hotel, staff is amazing, especially Ms. Asia, she is great and really helpfully lady. Hotel is at great location only few minutes walk from Grand Central Station. As New York first timers we looked for safe and best possible location to see the city, Hampton Inn Grad Central delivered all that we needed. Special bonus goes to their great service and their taking care of their guests.... they offer to guest free bottled water so you can refresh between sightseeing.... My 5* goes to them...
