“Absolutely divine stay at this hotel. They walked me to my room, showed me where everything was and treated me like a Queen the short time I was there. Their bath products are to die for and the location is amazing. This is a high end hotel, so your expectations should absolutely be high but wow, did they exceed!”

“The Hotel is amazing, the staff are super friendly and they having amazing restaurants in the building. However the rooms are dilapidated. I checked into a Macassar Suite and the room did not meet the standard typically expected of a Marriott property or a 5-star hotel.
There were a number of small maintenance issues that could easily be addressed if someone just put a bit of effort in. The bath plug was broken, and the water would not drain. The tiles in the shower were hanging out preventing the door from closing properly.”
