The front desk staff are stellar and really go out of their way to make your stay above expectations. Teleb (sp) walked the property with me when I arrived, answered all my questions and made some awesome suggestions. The front door folks are always friendly and helpful. The bar staff made me one of the best old fashions I’ve had in my life which is saying a lot cause I love a good Cocktail. The attention to detail, the amazing beds, the sauna in the shower, the little treats every time they clean your room and the staff make me never want to leave! Do yourself a favor and spend your time in Rome here. You won’t regret it.”

We had an amazing experience at The First Dolce! Best location for a relaxed vacation in Rome, spacious and clean rooms with super comfortable beds and massive showers, an exquisite breakfast - and above all one of the best staffs I’ve seen. Helpful, friendly, quick - all led by manager Deny Mezzatesta very professionally and pleasantly. An absolute delight, highly recommended!

Great location, still quite new. Staff are very nice, with Rodi in the restaurant a real gem, best employee by miles!! Great breakfast! On the not so good side: we had booked two rooms, one king and one twin. When we arrived past 10pm, the twin beds had not be prepared as such and we had to wait for 20min. Whilst my wife was very happy with her feather pillows, my non-feather ones (I’m allergic) were old and beaten up. The room was facing the main road that despite being a quasi-pedestrian only area, it was very noisy (avoid if you are a light sleeper!), we are in Italy after all... Finally, the bathrooms are modern and well equipped but the towel rails temp could not be adjusted and as a result the WC area was cold and humid. I told the receptionist but no change.

Fantastic stay at The First Roma Dolce. Everyone made us feel welcome. Front desk was amazing, from working with me prior to our stay to answer questions and order flowers and have them in our room on arrival as a surprize for my wife, to making great recommendations after our arrival to make our trip more enjoyable. We threw a coin in the fountain, we will be back to Rome and we will stay at this wonderful hotel.

Hotel incrível no centro de Roma!Decoração moderna e ótima localização com fácil acesso às principais atrações. Mesmo no hotel há uma pastelaria onde pode beber café e bolo. Um delicioso café da manhã também é servido lá. Limpeza do quarto duas vezes ao dia.Mas o principal neste hotel são as pessoas e o serviço. Eles irão ajudá-lo com qualquer dúvida ou solicitação. Reservar um táxi, um restaurante, apenas uma recomendação. Tudo é resolvido com um sorriso e instantaneamente. O cuidado é sentido desde o momento em que você entra no hotel.Muito obrigado a toda a equipa do hotel The First Roma Dolce por estas emoções. ¡Increíble hotel en el centro de Roma!Decoración moderna y excelente ubicación con fácil acceso a las principales atracciones. Justo en el hotel hay una pastelería donde puedes tomar café y pasteles. Allí también se sirve un delicioso desayuno. Limpieza de habitaciones dos veces al día.Pero lo principal en este hotel es la gente y el servicio. Ellos le ayudarán con cualquier pregunta o solicitud. Reservar un taxi, un restaurante, solo una recomendación. Todo se soluciona con una sonrisa y al instante. Uau! Isso é um eufemismo para o quão incrível é essa propriedade. Localização é perto de tudo e qualquer coisa que você quer ver e fazer. A equipe da recepção são estelares e realmente ao seu alcance para tornar a sua estadia acima das expectativas. Teleb (sp) caminhou pela propriedade comigo quando cheguei, respondeu todas as minhas dúvidas e fez algumas sugestões incríveis. As pessoas da porta da frente são sempre simpáticas e prestativas. A equipe do bar me fez uma das melhores modas antigas que já tive na minha vida, o que diz muito porque eu amo um bom Coquetel. A atenção aos detalhes, as camas incríveis, a sauna no chuveiro, as pequenas guloseimas toda vez que limpam seu quarto e a equipe me fazem nunca querer sair!Faça um favor a si mesmo e passe seu tempo em Roma aqui. ¡Guau! Eso es un eufemismo de lo increíble que es esta propiedad. La ubicación está cerca de cualquier cosa y todo lo que quieras ver y hacer. El personal de recepción es estelar y realmente hace todo lo posible para que su estadía supere las expectativas. Teleb (sp) me acompañó a la propiedad cuando llegué, respondió a todas mis preguntas e hizo algunas sugerencias increíbles. La gente de la puerta de entrada siempre es amable y servicial. El personal del bar me convirtió en uno de los mejores viejos que he tenido en mi vida, lo cual dice mucho porque amo una buena Cóctel. ¡La atención al detalle, las camas increíbles, la sauna en la ducha, las pequeñas delicias cada vez que limpian tu habitación y el personal hacen que nunca quiera irme!Hazte un favor y pasa tu tiempo en Roma aquí. Great staff and service. We stayed in a junir suite and couldnt ask for a better room. Walking distance from many tourist spots. Also great for shopping.

I can’t praise this hotel and its staff who became like friends/family in the five days I stayed with them. One of the most luxurious hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. Great attention to detail and comfort. Boutique style reception/concierge with knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff. Francesca, Natalya, Fatima, Keivan, just to name a few of the hard working excellent folks running this hotel 24/7. Bottles of water brought to the room daily with turn down service, super clean big rooms (not European standard size). Was upgraded instantly to the dolce suite which was phenomenal. The focus of this hotel is to make sure you have a splendid stay in Rome. Located in an upscale part of the city center, La dolce vita is definitely possible when you are here in close proximity to all the main sightseeing areas, shopping and restaurants. Thanks again First Roma Dolce hotel. I will definitely be back often!

Excellent team. I was surprised by a mini birthday cake with my breakfast. The food and service at the hotel were wonderful. The recommendations for places to eat were great as well. This was my first visit to Rome Italy, and I am so happy that I found this location.

It’s should have 5+ hotel and in google rating it should be 5/5 not 4.9. One of the best hotels in Rome, All the staff were friendly and helpful. If you need anything, just ask. They will make your trip fantastic. With Expedia benefits you will get more benefits. The hotel is located in shopping district where every luxury brands, restaurants and famous districts is walking distance. Não consigo elogiar este lugar o suficiente. O Serviço de Atendimento ao Cliente era de primeira linha, e tudo, desde a comida até o local, era perfeito. A companhia aérea perdeu minha bagagem, e por 3 dias o hotel cuidou dela para mim até que eu a recebi. Eles foram super confortáveis, e foram acima e além para garantir que eu tivesse uma estadia agradável. Definitivamente voltarei a este hotel. Surpreendente!

I can't praise this place enough. The Customer Service was top tier, and everything from the food to the location was perfect. The airline lost my luggage, and for 3 days the hotel was on top of it for me until I received it. They were super accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Will definitely be returning to this hotel. Amazing!

Reservei porque queria passar férias em Roma, o quarto era espaçoso, havia um technogym no quarto, o champanhe de boas-vindas era de cerca de 25 euros e o hotel estava limpo. No entanto, como o acabamento da construção é estranho, o chuveiro deste hotel de luxo está caindo. ㅋㅋㅋ Ainda é novo. Trouxe o café da manhã, mas não peguei o primeiro cardápio depois. A insonorização era boa e o corso era uma rua sem carros e me levou ao táxi e o serviço foi bom.

Reservé porque quería pasar unas vacaciones en Roma. La habitación era espaciosa, había un tecnogym en la habitación, el champagne de bienvenida costaba unos 25 euros y el hotel estaba limpio. Pero hay algo mal con el acabado de la construcción, por lo que la ducha en este hotel de lujo está cayendo. Todavía es nuevo y el precio subirá después de un tiempo. Traje el desayuno, pero no tomé el primer menú después. La insonorización era buena y el corso era una calle sin automóviles y me llevó al taxi y el servicio fue bueno.

O hotel é muito gentil, limpo e eu quero me preocupar com isso. Eles se preocupam com os mínimos detalhes. Um lugar estratégico que inclui tudo, desde restaurantes, marcas e serviços de cafés. Tudo o que você precisa. E temos dois serviços de recepção, reserve-nos, ajude-nos, ensine-nos e mostre-nos a limpeza diária. Os quartos são espaçosos e agradáveis, e para quem Roma não teria reservado, mas o hotel adorou ❤️

El hotel es muy dulce, limpio y quiero preocuparme por él. Se preocupan por los detalles más pequeños. Un lugar estratégico que incluye todo, desde restaurantes, marcas y servicios de cafés. Todo lo que necesita. Y tenemos dos servicios para recepción, reservar, ayudarnos, enseñarnos y mostrarnos la limpieza diaria. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y dulces, y para quién Roma no lo habría reservado, pero al hotel le encantó ❤️

We spent 4 nights here and absolutely loved it. Staff were hospitable and friendly, and the room was great. Breakfast had a wide selection of choices. Given a map on first day of places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Would highly recommend.
