É um bom hotel executivo em uma boa área de GDL, os quartos são agradáveis e funcionais, infelizmente a manutenção dos quartos é ruim, exaustor do banheiro, porta-toalhas e porta-papéis soltos e cortina de chuveiro quebrada dos anéis não estão funcionando. Quanto às medidas do COVID-19, os dispensadores de gel antibacteriano em geral estão vazios e os cuidados com a higienização dos quartos me dão a impressão de que não são os melhores.

Tudo bem, a única coisa é que o WiFi nos quartos falha demais. Também não gosto do fato de que as janelas não podem ser abertas e, em tempos de pandemia, é importante que os quartos sejam mantidos ventilados.

Es un buen hotel ejecutivo en una buena zona de GDL, las habitaciones bonitas y funcionales, lamentablemente el mantenimiento de las habitaciones es pobre, no sirve el extractor del baño, toalleros y papeleros flojos, y cortina de la regadera rota de los anillos. En cuanto las medidas COVID-19 los dispensadores de gel antibacterial de áreas generales están vacios y el cuidado en sanitizacion dehabitaciónes me da la impresión que no es la mejor.

El ruido del gimnasio se escuchaba en la habitación 216, lo reporté a recepción y luego de dos horas de ruido exasperante me cambiaron a la habitación 608 y allí el ruido de las máquinas de la azotea no me dejaron descansar. Para colmo al otro día los frijoles del desayuno sabían a ceniza de cigarro. Me cambié al hotel Lafayette más económico y si pude descansar. Me quedaré hasta el lunes.

Please been careful before you make a reservation at this hotel . I travel from Florida because we want it to invest in a house in punto sur and stay at the hotel while look at properties and left some cash for the down payment of the house at the safe in our room which is supposed to be a private room and someone enter the room and steal $4500 dollars in cash . No one care in Mexico . The Mananger does not want to do anything we call the police and it never showed up is very said that in a beautiful country all this happens and no one do anything to help you we are very disappointed now about this hotel and Guadalajara and don’t want to invest in a house not more .

Very nice Hotel in Guadalajara,great service,great staff, and delicious food at the free breakfast buffet. I would defintly recomend this hotel for anyone who wants to visit for a short term,or bussines trip, they work hard for their guest. Thank you

This hotel is clean, good front desk service, nice breakfast. But somebody took my sweater, I reported it with the receptionist, I don't think they took it seriously. The most important for me is my identifications and my wardrobe.. Think twice before you make a reservation at this hotel. Very disappointed.

Small rooms and unqualified employees In 3 weeks of accommodation on the 6'th floor, I can say it can be better. Small rooms, with no window opening, some plumbing problems in the bathroom, no drawers, no fridge, TV screen defect and thin walls. Employees have some problems understanding English language. Very difficult to obtain a correct invoice for laundry services. Access card does not work any time, so you may not open your door or use the elevator. Far from Down Town but you have nearby Walmart, Applebee's, Danny's, Dominos and other places to shop or spare free time after work.

What a wonderful hotel! Very fancy, nice and clean. Loved the peaceful colors they used to decorate and the smart distribution of the lights, it creates the perfect atmosphere to get rest and recharge your energy. I would recommend it with no doubts!
