Room didn't have any black out blinds. The condition was either hot or cold wasn't a good night sleep at all. Plus it was a 1 bed room King sweet.... for the money I've had better....😔

Excellent location, large rooms, very comfortable beds. The service was fantastic and everyone was very friendly. The food at the restaurant was very good. The reason it gets one star is the very sneaky over charges - charged us for two vehicles being valeted (we had one), didn't apply the food and beverage credit at all. Then after having to contact them after the stay to get this corrected they refused to apply the credit as was explained to us and would only apply it for a single day. If you stay there watch your bill closely for over charges, and I guess you can't believe really anything they tell you about the food credit. I'm sure they do this regularly which would make me very hesitant to stay here despite the positives

Visited for a summit meeting. Hotel staff helped guide me to the 9th floor. Seats were very comfortable. This is important when you’re in a five hour session. Bathrooms close by. Audio and video equipment worked without issue. Looking forward to our next meeting.

Great hotel. Staff took care of any needs. Room was excellent. Bed was comfortable, nice shower. Window was very small, but that's just a function of the building. Has a pool on the top floor, although no hot tub.

My husband and I stayed here a few weeks ago for our anniversary trip. The room was very spacious. However it was not clean to my standards. It wasn’t dirty, just could have been cleaner. For example there were a few stains on our pillowcases and on the walls. My biggest complaint however, is the music in the lobby. It is entirely ridiculous to be blasting club music throughout all hours of the night. It’s not fair to the employees and the guests don’t want to hear it. Please change it to a softer music selection.

Hotel was great location and very clean. Staff was helpful. I liked the fitness center, but had an issue with the cable on the treadmill (see below), which would have been ok if I could just have seen the TV. Great overall experience though. The fitness center treadmills did not have cable connected and the TV was located with your back to it. This made running on the treadmill a challenge.

Location Valet parking breakfast No laundry facility, no fridge or microwave and the reason i was upset is because I was unaware of that on reservation, and when you are staying more than one night, you tend to order food, buy drinks and snacks and you need a place to put it.

it was close to a lot of stuff so food was in walking distance. i didnt see on the listing that you had to pay for parking. At this hotel it was $44 per night to park. Found some old food under a chair in the room. The A/C in our room didnt reach the room so bring a fan if you like it colder in the room to sleep.

Room size and proximity to restaurants, stores Our family was woken up by activities of guests in the room next door. Had to knock on the wall to get their attn. Told the front desk about it in the AM & they didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. Could have been handled better
