“Excellent location, large rooms, very comfortable beds. The service was fantastic and everyone was very friendly. The food at the restaurant was very good. The reason it gets one star is the very sneaky over charges - charged us for two vehicles being valeted (we had one), didn't apply the food and beverage credit at all. Then after having to contact them after the stay to get this corrected they refused to apply the credit as was explained to us and would only apply it for a single day. If you stay there watch your bill closely for over charges, and I guess you can't believe really anything they tell you about the food credit. I'm sure they do this regularly which would make me very hesitant to stay here despite the positives”
