“I expected more from Hilton. We are here as I write. Our room is tired and worn. The furniture is chipped. The flat surfaces are marred and dirty. The floors are dirty. I had to wipe everything down before putting clothes away. The sliding glass door to our patio is smeared with marks. Not a nice feeling when-we entered our room —-disappointing. Management has not been helpful. Hacienda portion, adjacent to us, looks much newer and nicer. We have not seen the rooms though. Don’t be fooled by the pictures on the Hilton website. Access to the Hacienda side which is adults only, is the best part of being here.

“No hot water in showers and A/C control was broken, only max cold was working couldn't control room temp. Asked to fix both problems...but they didn't. Not as much selection on buffet as in other similar all inclusive hotels. Room smelled musty. The curtains do not completely cover the outside light so at dawn you'll be in for a treat that is incredible sunlight. No "do not disturb" sign outside the room door so you'll be getting a knock on your door from housekeeping to clean your room. If you ask them to come back later you'll be getting a call about half and hour later asking you if they can clean your room. The towel station 9 out of ten times lacks of...well...towels! You have to wait a long time for fresh clean towels to be available. Well now for the good... employees excell in making your stay as good as possible. They are nice, helpful and are always attentive to the guest needs.”
