Hotel staff were amazing and very accommodating while we stayed during my father's hospital stay. Thank you to the amazing housekeeping staff. Amber and Jess were so helpful with reservations. Marc was very helpful with special arrangements for valet service and Cody was a master at playing Terri's to fit everything in my trunk when we left!! Thank you all!

The service at this location was top notch. The staff did their best to accommodate my needs. The room was nice, really liked the set up. The shower pressure was low and the water took about 10min to warm up. My biggest issue was the sensor on my room door malfunctioned and it took about an hour for the staff to get me back into my room after a long day. With my room at the end of the hall, all of the walking back and forth before they realized it was the door and not the key. Other than that my stay was fine.

YOU HAVE TO PAY TO PARK at the hotel, and the parking lot was full, I had to park in the grass in the ditch with others and still had to pay to park, come on Marriott, you can do better. Would not stay here again. Water pressure was terrible in the shower. Only good thing was the bed was very comfortable and clean.

The room itself was lovely. The staff was outstanding. Only reason it does not get 5 stars is the bathroom sink was clogged, the TV was messed up, it wasn't as clean as definitely should have been. Knobs were missing off various things. The shower was magnificent, and breakfast was great!

I had 2 great stays at this Springhill Suites property in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Bricktown with a variety of dining and shopping options. The hotel looks recently renovated and the rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk staff were friendly and Sophie was very helpful. The weekend breakfast guy had to be my favorite as he made sure breakfast was fully stocked and the food was cooked perfect. Would stay here again when traveling through!
