“The service at this location was top notch. The staff did their best to accommodate my needs. The room was nice, really liked the set up. The shower pressure was low and the water took about 10min to warm up. My biggest issue was the sensor on my room door malfunctioned and it took about an hour for the staff to get me back into my room after a long day. With my room at the end of the hall, all of the walking back and forth before they realized it was the door and not the key. Other than that my stay was fine.”

“I had 2 great stays at this Springhill Suites property in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Bricktown with a variety of dining and shopping options. The hotel looks recently renovated and the rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk staff were friendly and Sophie was very helpful. The weekend breakfast guy had to be my favorite as he made sure breakfast was fully stocked and the food was cooked perfect. Would stay here again when traveling through!”
