“Staff were great but Just not the Best Chicago Best Western Sorry..... Definitely wait for remodel. Gave it a second try… Not again. King suites are adjoining the Elevators so horribly noisy so not really an upgrade. Dog park for apartment to south barking late into night so ask for away from south OR elevators. Dirty bathroom. No need to go on.”

“The Best Western at Grant Park is our home away from home in Chicago. We frequently stay here when we come to town to visit family. It is close to everything you need to have a wonderful time, great museums, great restaurants, shopping and the trains. We park our car don't need to drive again until it is time to go home. Every thing about this hotel is perfect, friendly, helpful staff, nice rooms, great views and extremely clean and comfortable.”
