“Upon arrival the day manager was great and very helpful, she recommended a great Mexican restaurant. When we got back and our fridge wasn't working she moved us to a different room. I cannot speak highly for the rest of the trip. One of our boys got sick all over one of the beds in the middle of the first night. We called the front desk and was told we couldn't get new bedding until 7 thane next morning. Thank God our room had two beds so we were able to take one blanket for the other bed. We advised the front desk when we came down the next morning of the incident in case the night manager hadn't said anthing and we were assured maid service would be in the room and folding down the bed and providing fresh towels. That did NOT happen. We got back to our room at 830 that night to the dirty laundry still in the room, trash not emptied and no new towels. We had to make yet ANOTHER call to the front desk, wait for sheets and towels, and they didn't even take our dirty sheets that had now been sitting for almost 24 hours with puke from the boys. We will not be staying here again.”
