My room key wasn’t working suddenly, but I went to the front desk and before I was back up to my room they had a team of two working to fix the door and replace the battery. This was so relieving and made my night. They have a good team here, very polite

Se eu fosse o dono da marca Hilton, arrancaria meu nome deste prédio. Fiquei 2 noites em 269/por noite. Quando cheguei, a situação do manobrista era um aglomerado. Parecia ser uma viagem só de ida CHEIO de carros estacionados, eu não sabia o que fazer. Eu tinha muitas malas para descarregar e não havia carrinho de bagagem. O manobrista explicou que estavam todos levados e sugeriu que eu parasse o elevador em cada andar para procurar um carrinho que alguém havia abandonado. Fiz duas viagens ao décimo quarto andar para colocar tudo.Ao fazer o check-in, eu era o único hóspede na recepção, e o homem alto nem sequer me reconheceu. Ele parecia super estressado. A senhora se ofereceu para me ajudar em vez disso. Acontece que o cara alto é o gerente. Agora tudo isso está fazendo sentido.Assim que entrei no quarto, percebi que o vaso sanitário estava entupido e a luz da cabeceira estava piscando como um manicômio. Liguei para a recepção para pedir um quarto com banheiro funcionando e luzes, mas eles não fizeram nada sobre isso. O jovem que trabalha até tarde agiu como se estivesse tão irritado que liguei para a recepção para pedir um serviço de despertador. Ele também foi rude quando perguntei se era tarde demais para pegar comida no restaurante.Liguei para o manobrista às 615 da manhã para estacionar meu carro e, quando cheguei lá, eles ignoraram meu pedido, o que me atrasou para um evento de trabalho. Fiquei ausente por 17 horas e, como não tive tempo de me incomodar com a solicitação de quarto, decidi ignorar os problemas. Meu quarto estava intocado, ninguém o limpava, limpava, não havia café. O que me forçou a comprar um café preto de US$ 5 lá embaixo na Starbucks porque não havia outra opçãoO gerente da recepção deveria ter sido minha primeira indicação de que este lugar é um circo. Entre o manobrista desleixado, quartos descuidados e homens RUDE trabalhando na recepção, este lugar precisa de uma nova administração.

Found this on Hotwire at a discount because most others in the area were booked - we understood why there was availability when we got there. Do NOT recommend if you have other options. This hotel is definitely more of a 2-star feel than 3-star. Parking garage and elevator is sketchy and dirty, particularly for $27/night (which is more than posted price). Overall the room floor hallways give a claustrophobic and outdated, dingy feel. Room and bathroom updates could make for a better experience.

If I were the owner of the Hilton brand, I would yank my name off this building. I stayed 2 nights at 269/per night. When I arrived, the valet situation was a cluster. It appeared to be a one-way drive PACKED with parked cars, I didn't know what to do. I had a lot of bags to unload and there was no luggage cart. The valet explained that they were all taken and suggested that I stop the elevator on every floor to look for a cart that someone had ditched. I made two trips to fourteenth floor to get everything in. Checking in, I was the only guest at the front desk, and the tall man would not even acknowledge me. He seemed super stressed out. The lady offered to help me instead. Turns out the tall guy is the manager. Now this is all making sense. Once I got in the room, I realized the toilet was clogged, and the bed-side light was flickering like an insane asylum. I called the front desk to ask for a room with a working toilet and lights, but they did nothing about it. The young man who works late acted like he was so aggravated that I called the front desk to ask for a wake up call. He was also rude when I asked if it was too late to get food from restaurant. I called down to the valet at 615am to pull up my car and when I got down there, they had ignored my request, which me late for a work event. I was away for 17 hours, and since I didn't have time to hassle with room request, I decided to ignore the issues. My room was untouched, nobody serviced it, cleaned it, no coffee. Which forced me to buy a $5 black coffee downstairs at Starbucks because there was no other option The manager at the front desk should have been my first indication that this place is a circus. Between the sloppy valet, unkempt rooms, and RUDE men working the front desk, This place needs new management.

We have had the best experience here because of Jennifer. She truly welcomed us and made us feel as part of the family. This is and will be my place to stay whenever we're here in Orlando Florida. Thank you Double Tree Hotel for having such kind and welcoming service that far exceeded our expectations.

Very clean rooms with a nice view of the water. Complimentary toothpaste, cookies and water. About 20 minutes from Universal Studios. Only downside is paying for parking and the Starbucks isn't really a Starbucks. Parking in the deck is $26 a night but you can get valet for such or park on the street for free. Overall great stay! <3

This is a wonderful alternative to the main downtown Orlando area. Only a mile farther north of City Center, it's just enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. You can even self park in the garage.👍🏻 There's a small market in the lobby with a Starbucks. Huge bar area. Nice rooftop pool. Walk to a nice park and some eclectic specialty restaurants, or Uber to the main downtown just the other side of Colonial Dr😃

This was a nice hotel to stay at, i have very little to complain about other than the mandatory paid parking, either you park out on the street (which is limited) or you park in the garage for their nightly price. A price which is the same regardless if you have valet do it or you do it yourself. Other than that the room was spacious enough, everything was clean and we had a smooth check. To top it off they give you cookies when you check in!

I was in town for a business meeting and had invited my business partner for breakfast as I have stayed there in the past and you had a great breakfast.When I checked in, the desk attendant didn't tell me the restaurant was closed during the week.When I came down to meet my business partner I learned there was no longer breakfast in the restaurant and had to get stuff out of the Market.When I asked the desk attendant for some bottled water he told me I had to pay for it. Yes, I did get my diamond water when I checked in the night before but I have NEVER been told I had to pay for additional bottled water. I was highly disappointed with this.I had to go to the bathroom and fill up my cup out of the sink.My room was nice and clean as always but the rest of the interaction with the staff was less than stellar.

Great hotel in downtown Orlando it was very clean and classy and nearby everything that you need to get to. Overall this was a great hotel no issues and the pricing was not too bad for the location that it was in. The people that work in the hotel are very helpful and kind if you need anything. They had free wine at certain times in the hotel lobby and that was nice.

No geral, foi um bom hotel e estadia. O quarto não era tão limpo como seria de esperar. O chão não tinha sido aspirado. Havia um grampo no meio do chão que não era nosso. Havia outros pedaços espalhados por toda a sala. Nós solicitamos serviço de limpeza 4 vezes e nunca consegui. Aquele grampo ficou no chão durante toda a nossa estadia. A piscina era ótima. Alguns funcionários foram maravilhosos e amigáveis. Um era muito mal-humorado e mal-humorado com os convidados. Eu a evitei e, tecnicamente, deveria ser capaz de pedir coisas a um funcionário da recepção. Não apenas eu, mas testemunhei isso com outras pessoas. Se eu tiver que ir para Orlando novamente, não vou ficar aqui. E não temos certeza se vamos ficar em um novamente. Existem outras opções.

Ótimo hotel no centro de Orlando era muito limpo e elegante e perto de tudo o que você precisa para chegar. No geral, este foi um ótimo hotel sem problemas e o preço não era muito ruim para a localização em que estava. As pessoas que trabalham no hotel são muito prestativas e gentis, se você precisar de alguma coisa. Eles tinham vinho gratuito em determinados momentos no lobby do hotel e que era bom.

A equipe foi incrivelmente acolhedora e ficou em alto astral, embora eu pudesse vê-los trabalhando em alguns problemas com os hóspedes. The staff were awesomely accommodating and stayed in high spirits even though I could see them working through some issues with guests. They were quick to address any issues and very courteous to handle everything. This was my first time at this location, but wont be my last. They made my visit enjoyable and the view was beautiful.

This hotel is one of the main reasons I will lose my Diamond membership since I am not booking Hilton anymore. Anthony, front desk person, said I needed to check in in-person before midnight to keep my reservation and avoid a no show fee. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THAT POLICY! He had the audacity to tell me that I needed to message the hotel to let them know I would be late. Why should I if I already checked in online earlier. Not only I was charged with the fees, the room I picked was gone. He made a new reservation for me in a different room. Moreover, He told me to call Hilton Honor hotline to ask them if they can waive the fee because he couldn’t do it. Cherry on top— he gave me a cold dried cookie 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I called Hilton Honor and the lady said front desk is standing their ground and she can’t help me with the fees. I always check In online 24 hours before my stay because I love the fact I can choose my room. Due to my delayed flight, I arrived at the hotel at 6:30am. Knowing I might arriving be late, I booked my reservation to accommodate my late arrival instead of asking for an early check in. I have done in the past of arriving after 3am or even later and the front desk staff has always accommodating. I messaged the front desk on my Hilton app and chatted with Jennifer who said she will waive the fee after I requested to meet with the manager. (Come to find out when I checked out that my no show fee was not waived by Jennifer) I’m glad my stay ended on a positive note when Emily checked me out earlier without charging me an early check out fee. On top of that she listened to my frustration and waived the no show fee.

Overall is was an okay hotel and stay. The room was not as clean as one would expect. The floor had not been vacuumed. There was a bobby pin in the middle of the floor which was not ours. There were other bits and pieces sprinkled throughout the room. We requested maid service 4 times and never got it. That bobby pin stayed on the floor our entire stay. The pool was great. Some staff were wonderful and friendly. One was very grumpy and snappy with guests. I avoided her, and technically I should be able to ask a front desk employee for things. Not just me, but I witnessed it with others. If I have to go to Orlando again, I will not stay here. AND we aren't sure if we will stay at one again. There are other choices.

Actually this is a nice hotel. Well lit, safe, good location. Down side was the horrible pool area. Not well kept. Employees were very nice but needed another person waiting on breakfast customers. Rooms were clean but found it a bit musty smelling. Desk chair needed repair. I would return to stay at this location.

Este hotel es espectacular no existen palabras para describirlo.Las habitaciones son cómodas y elegantes,la ubicación del sitio es perfecta en el mismo centro de la ciudad.Mi estancia y la de mi familia aquí fue mi placentera,recomiendo mucho este majestuoso hotel.

Los empleados de parte del buffet son horribles! No son educados, y les hablan a uno muy mal. Yo que hablo el ingles perfecto, les comunique que soy alérgica a la leche, no intolerante porque eso es muy differente a uno ser alérgico, y les expliqué que traje comida pero que necesitaba usar microonda o de alguna forma calentar mi comida y estos estupidos me dijeron que tengo que pagar $10 por plato para calentar mi comida.... tenia dos platós. Ademas, en el evento que tuvimos/que atendi no habia buena circulación de aire! Suede de una cosa impresiónante, y todos que estaban también! Una bajaba el aire y no hacia nada, y yo sufro de calor, imaginate. El evento fue espectacular, pero el hotel fur faltal en servico SOLO en el buffet de empleados de la barra.

Vimos las fotos del hotel y una publicidad que nos gustó ... Y nos dieron algo totalmente diferente , para ser un hotel de 4 extrellas le falta mucho mantenimiento y se ve muy viejo ..y eso hace que se vea sucio .. entramos con un precio y al salir pagamos muchooo más!!!Pero hay una cosa muy buena,en el restaurante una comida superdeliciosa y una atención super buena en el restaurante!!!!!

El hotel tiene buena ubicación ya que está muy cerca del Downtown. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y limpias pero no tienen micro ni refrigerador. El cuarto incluyo servicio de WiFi, te y café, y unas galletas de chocolate. El cuarto también tenía un ropero con tabla de planchar. En ropero también habían ganchos y hay opción de limpieza en seco. Nuestro cuarto también tenía servicio de transporte gratis dentro de 3 millas.
