“I was in town for a business meeting and had invited my business partner for breakfast as I have stayed there in the past and you had a great breakfast.When I checked in, the desk attendant didn't tell me the restaurant was closed during the week.When I came down to meet my business partner I learned there was no longer breakfast in the restaurant and had to get stuff out of the Market.When I asked the desk attendant for some bottled water he told me I had to pay for it. Yes, I did get my diamond water when I checked in the night before but I have NEVER been told I had to pay for additional bottled water. I was highly disappointed with this.I had to go to the bathroom and fill up my cup out of the sink.My room was nice and clean as always but the rest of the interaction with the staff was less than stellar.”
