Amazing experience! Very beautiful hotel, elegant rooms, and outstanding service with a great staff! I also felt very safe staying at the Sofitel - given this pandemic. The safety measures they put in place and the continuous sanitation made me feel great and made the trip very enjoyable. The location is perfect, with many of the best restaurants in Bogota nearby. The breakfast and the restuarant at the Sofitel was also amazing! Don't miss out on it! In my opinion, it's the best hotel in Bogota, both for work trips but especially for romantic gateways. And the staff went above and beyond to make it the best stay! I'd definitely go back to the Sofitel, and make it my home hotel for when I travel to Bogota. A five star experience for sure. Thank you!

Excelente hotel! Tudo de bom! O atendimento é muito acima da média. O hotel é sofisticado nos mínimos detalhes e muito bem localizado. Próximo à Zona "T" de Bogotá, onde podemos encontrar de tudo que precisamos. Recomendo!

Great customer service that should set benchmark for all hotels in this class. The staff makes your stay comfortable, full stop. The rooms are spacious, equipped with comfortable everything. The bed and towels are very nice. The hotel deserves five star rating despite the current renovations and the roadwork in the front. Plus the breakfast could be nicer with more vegetarian options. Highly recommend Sofitel Bogotá. Disfrutar.

Great location, right in the middle of the best entertainment area in bogota. Fancy but super overpriced breakfast. I was lucky to get upgraded to a suite, room was large and well appointed. Service is impeccable. Highly recommended.

They have a great service, amazing staff,I love the specials gifts such regional fruits, desserts, coca tea. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but they have good restaurants near by.

Small boutique hotel in a wonderful neighborhood in Bogota that has superior service and quality rooms. The food is good although limited mostly to breakfast and lunch as the restaurant is fairly small. Solid choice

Hotel maravilhoso, muito bonito, confortável e com excelente atendimento.Possui uma boa academia e o café da manhã é um espetáculo à parte, com grande variedade de frutas locais, pães, doces e frios. Posso dar de olhos fechados 5 estrelas para esse hotel. Comida excelente, atendimento excelente, cama e quartos excelentes. Todo dia um chá de Coca e um macaron na cabeceira da sua cama. Academia pequena, porém completa para todos os tipos de exercícios. Localização excelente, vários restaurantes próximos. Café da manhã completo com tudo que possa imaginar. O problema que tive, logo tentaram solucionar e com eficácia. Nada a reclamar. Atendimento por todos os funcionários, super cordiais.

Good little cozy hotel. The bed and pillows are amazing !! God job who ever bought them! The breakfast is small however good food quality and good service. The down side; the walls are to thin so you can hear everything, everything from other rooms. The gym is non existent (with 3 persons its full) overall good experience.

Chic small hotel, with beautifully appointed rooms, great comfy beds, and very pretty and comfortable if somewhat small public spaces Restaurant and a cozy sitting/reading room). I was not impressed with breakfast, but all the other food we’ve had was very good (in Particular the empanadas). The hotel is located in a very happening area called Chapineros, with glitzy restaurants, bars and malls. The Sofitel Bogota is one of my favorite hotels.

I loved this place. Right next to Four Seasons. I could walk to everything and this zona has it all. So many great restaurants right on the same block. The hotel has a very limited bar and no restaurants. Makes no difference because the Four Seasons next door does! Just went there and since they are side by side , it was like eating at my hotel. Room service was great and housekeeping is fantastic. The room was super clean day and night. In the evening, I got tea and a small treat. The staff all speak English fluently or enough to communicate with you. I'm totally going back. Bogota is an amazing, safe city and Sofitel is the place to stay when there.

I cannot even begin to describe the amazing experience I had on the day we spent at the Sofitel. The hotel lobby looks grand. The staff is very cordial and respectful from the minute you walk in. We went to celebrate our anniversary and the reception team made it a million times special by the attention to detail they had when they decorated our suite for a romantic evening. We even had a heartfelt message from Luz Angela and Alejandra wishing us a Happy Anniversary. We also received great recommendations about nearby restaurants to dine. The breakfast was out of this world with a great selection of healthy food and above and beyond service. The hotel is modern, neat and offers many amenities. The view to the mountains made it even more special. We would definitely come back to the Sofitel as soon as we can. We highly recommend the Sofitel to make anyone's stay in Bogota, Colombia a five star experience.
