“Do Not- I repeat, do not stay here! The customer service is horrible; the rooms are nasty. MOLD IN the SHOWERS, they are short-staffed, so rooms are not getting cleaned properly. I checked in @ 3 pm room wasn't ready until 7:30 pm due to being short within the housekeeping dept. Manager Ana was very unprofessional. She didn't want to take accountability for the inconvenience at all, and I was only offered complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. Save yourself the headache, stay elsewhere, Don't ignore the reviews like I did :( oh, I forgot to tell you, they overcharged my credit card $350, stating at the closing of the night the system automatically re-run the credit card; it took 5days to get my money back. ... If you decide to stay here, can't say you weren't warned”
