“We were pleasantly surprised, after at first seeing some dated accommodations, the resort is definitely 1st class in cleanliness, service, and attention to customer service! The staff is the finest we have encountered anywhere, from the pool staff, the bartender, the waitstaff the management, all very attentive to thier guests! We had a wonderful vacation the location is absolutely gorgeous! The back of the resort spectacular with space and lawn games, the raised covered patio area immerses you with gorgeous red hill views, all in all we can’t wait till the renovations are complete, it will truly be a 5 Star! Loved it! Thank you staff!”

“Overall not a bad place to stay. I do think there are better places in Sedona at comparable prices. For the price I think the quality is lower than expected. The pictures online do make it look more updated than it actually is. Our room did smell a bit musty but it was spacious and the staff was helpful. The grounds the buildings are on are nice. The resort fee is kind of weird, honestly should just make it part of the price. This place isn’t a resort it’s a hotel with a tennis court. I thought the sheets looked a little rough as there was a tear in them and a couple of the pillow cases. It all just feels worn and cheap quality. The place needs updated to justify the price point but is a suitable place to stay if you temper your expectations.”
