“This has become our favorite hotel in Houston. It is near the southwest part of town, where we do most of our business. There are also many ethnic restaurants within walking distance. The rooms at the Royal Sonesta are very cozy and quiet. Our interactions with the staff have been brief but pleasant. On our most recent visit, when we found that we had been given a room next to the elevators, they put us in a different one upon our request. We can say nothing about the breakfast, having never tried it.”
