“Canopy By Hilton Columbus Downtown Short North is excellent. It is a very short walk to Nationwide Arena and Short North. The rooms are clean and have a nice room design. The staff is amazing. The rooftop bar/restaurant is very fun with an excellent view of Columbus.”

“Review rating considers the price. If this was motel-6 I would give it 5 stars. Let me start off by saying that the staff is great. Very good at being nice knowing that their hotel is sub par and has issues.We paid 350 a night for a suite because we wanted to be extra comfortable.We arrived to a very humid 72 degree room that could not be cooled down. Turns out 70 degrees is as low as it gets. We do a lot of activities outside and want to come back to a room that is cooler. This was the biggest issue of the stay.I ended up sweating my way through 4 nights of sleep and had to sleep with no sheets to be comfortable.The automatic lights were REALLY annoying because I would wake my girlfriend up every time I went to the bathroom and the lights just went on full blast.When I stay in a hotel I was cleanliness, comfort, and control of my environment. This hotel only provides a clean room. It is not comfortable and you have no control over basic things.Get an Air B and B - it’s cheaper and better.”
