“The staff was OUTSTANDING!!! Kayla greeted us at the front stand (check-in table) with a smile and had our room keys available. Mimi, offered us water for our stay. Our room was very comfortable with one exception, the temperature would not go below 68 degrees (which was a little warm for our liking). But as I stated above, the staff was OUTSTANDING!!! Mimi, offered her office box fan to us to allow for constant air movement in our room. The restaurant staff was kind and courteous. This is a great property and if you are in Columbus Ohio, this is the place to stay!!”

“Hotel is new, nice and modern.
Now, let's talk about the rude short fat girl at the front desk whose name rhymes with Christine. She was rude right off the bat. She ignored multiple phone calls from the room for help. I had to call from my cellphone and all she said when I told her I had called a few times was Ok. I asked them to bring some items upstairs. In all my years of staying in hotels, they would ask that you wait for them to bring items to you or you can come get the items if they were needed urgently. She only gave me the option to come pick it up downstairs. Reporting this issue to management was another hurdle with rude agents like Rachel. Christine ultimately thought all this was funny as she laughed when I asked for a manager.
Some other positive - I was able to report this case to a guest assistance agent named Susan and the male front desk representative in the morning (01/17/2020) was nice.
