“SUCH A TERRIBLE HORRIBLE HOTEL!!! You call this a 4stars hotel? Please self-criticism!! There's no cups provide in the toilet, and water leaking from the toilet bathing area,. The environment is so uncomfortable. I'm wondering is the bed sheets and pillow and blanket were being wash regularly!! Please fix those lighting outside the room! Guys pls consider before you book this hotel!! Poor! Please ask for an interior designer before you do this kind of of renovation!”

“Average rooms for a 4 star hotel. Either the definition of 4-star hotel is different in Italy or this hotel is not worth a 4 star. According to the hotel, the definition of "Group American Breakfast" doesn't include bread slices, roaster, fruits or any other confectionery products. It is limited to bun, honey, butter and cold milk with corn flakes. I suggest if you are going with "complimentary breakfast" please ask what's on the menu because you will be surprised early morning to find nothing because it's complimentary. The"free" WiFi is equally bad. You will spend half of the time trying to connect to hotspots. Will not recommend at all!l”
