“I had been on a school trip, so I spent three nights there, and I was very pleased. The rooms are spacious, clean, provided with everything I needed. The balconies are spacious as well. The staff was very kind and cooperative. The only thing I could complain about is dinner, but I guess it's a matter of taste.”

“The hotel has modern rooms but no soap in the bathroom. There is only 1 small sachet of shower gel. How is this possible in a good hotel??? Poor breakfast. Scrambled eggs were not enough for everyone. The kitchen ladies were reluctant to bring food and were very unhappy. Dear Hotel Eurohotel Roma Nord why don't you do anything about it? People complain about the same. Why is so difficult for a good hotel to have bathroom soap and a towel under the feet? I have stayed in other 4-star hotels and such things are the basis.”
