“The hotel has modern rooms but no soap in the bathroom. There is only 1 small sachet of shower gel. How is this possible in a good hotel??? Poor breakfast. Scrambled eggs were not enough for everyone. The kitchen ladies were reluctant to bring food and were very unhappy. Dear Hotel Eurohotel Roma Nord why don't you do anything about it? People complain about the same. Why is so difficult for a good hotel to have bathroom soap and a towel under the feet? I have stayed in other 4-star hotels and such things are the basis.”

“Very sad to realize and disappointed that this is a 4 star hotel. We came in a group from Malaysia. Its a huge surprise that too for new year eve that we have to stay in such a poor conditioned hotel. The bed was squeaky whole night and very unstable, there is no kettle, only one staff at the lobby whole night handling everything, breakfast was a huge confusion and definitely not a 4star hotel Breakfast.... The lift is as ancient as it can be no open button, no close button and space is super limited. I have travelled so much and I am sure this is not a standard of a 4star hotel. Kindly reevaluate ur star ratings!”
