“I chose the Sheraton because I have had great experiences at other locations, and this one was rated as 4 Stars. The location was great, and the staff was nice. The room itself was run down. Room was very small. The mini fridge was old and had a constant buzz. Ceiling paint in the bathroom was peeling. TV was outdated. Carpets were old and stained. For a Sheraton and price, I expected another better.”

“Fantastic experience! Great location; can easily walk or take trolley to explore beautiful downtown area. The main floor of hotel was gorgeous. LOTS of options for food & drink. Staff was amazing, very pleasant and accommodating. Easy access from parking garage to hotel. Our room was perfect; clean, comfy beds, big fluffy towels, Starbucks coffee, beautiful view of park & the Devon. Highly recommend & would stay again.”
