“I chose the Sheraton because I have had great experiences at other locations, and this one was rated as 4 Stars. The location was great, and the staff was nice. The room itself was run down. Room was very small. The mini fridge was old and had a constant buzz. Ceiling paint in the bathroom was peeling. TV was outdated. Carpets were old and stained. For a Sheraton and price, I expected another better.”

“Very clean and well maintained property. The decor of the area adjacent to the reception is amazing. Even the business center is camouflaged in area theme. The gym is fantastic as well with many machines. The only gripes of the room are the outdated TV and small bathroom. The hotel is going through renovations though. Starting from top to bottom (at 15th floor during visit) and scheduled to finish by end of year. However, I was told the bathrooms will not get bigger. Bummer. The downstairs bar is a good place to finish up work. There are plenty of tables of different seating with good food and drink. The breakfast buffet offers runny scrambled eggs, thick bacon, and sausages along with typical continental fare. Staff were helpful, informative, compassionate, caring, and accommodating.”
