“The staff is absolutely outstanding. Jenny helped me on Sunday and was an absolute professional with an out of this world, positive and helpful attitude. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. My desk lamp hasn't worked properly either time I've visited but I also didn't ask for a new one. They have an on-site breakfast place and a restaurant with good food and a nice bar. Their shop for snacks, drinks and sundries is exceptionally well stocked and reasonably priced. The location is excellent! Access to downtown and conveniently located near the entrance to Bricktown. This is my second stay this year and I plan to stay here every time I'm in town.”

“I chose the Sheraton because I have had great experiences at other locations, and this one was rated as 4 Stars. The location was great, and the staff was nice. The room itself was run down. Room was very small. The mini fridge was old and had a constant buzz. Ceiling paint in the bathroom was peeling. TV was outdated. Carpets were old and stained. For a Sheraton and price, I expected another better.”
