The staff was friendly and helpful! The rooms and hotel in general was clean. The hot breakfast was decent. Our stay generally met most of our expectations for Hampton Inn. However, the hotel was a bit damp and musty. It was also dated with rust on hardware, yellowing plastic fixtures, dated decor, etc. Our stay was reasonably okay but I prefer a more modern updated hotel. For this reason I would avoid staying here again.

Great Experience here. The employees were very nice and helpful and rooms were clean as well. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good but not the best hotel breakfast I've had just mediocre. Everything in the room was very clean and everything worked. Bathroom was clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. I'd recommend this Hampton for anyone on a business trip not so much vacation just because of the location and professional atmosphere. Great place tho. I'd recommend it.

Hotel staff was amazing. We booked online and they let us check in early since Hurricane Ian was coming. Electric stayed on the whole time. Only down fall the cooler and gas tanks that were on the back of the car (we are storm chasers) was broken into and they took all our food and some of the gas. But overall besides that the rooms where clean, hotel was clean and bed was comfy. Thank you for letting us check in early.

I’ve stayed here before so I stayed again. Upon making the reservations I clearly noted I was bringing my dog, checking the “yes” box and in the comments field noted I was. The second day of my stay I was contacted by the front desk with a snarky attitude that the hotel charges extra for pets. My response was: “Yes, I’m well aware and even noted it twice on my reservation”. Thank you to housekeeping who saw my bringing in my leashed dog and brought this to your attention. Then their whole attitude changed once they realized they’re the ones that made the error, not me. I didn’t appreciate the attitude. Room itself was acceptable and location is fine. Would I stay here again? No, just because of that attitude. There’s several other options in the area, I’ll try them next.

I've stayed at a lot of Hilton hotels and this was by far one of the worst. I'm not sure how folks are giving it more than one star. Let me start by saying that one star is for the front desk staff because they were super friendly and customer service was great. After that things went downhill. The elevator is missing a tile. The entire hotel has a damp, musty smell. There was dirt and scraps on the walls. Shower was dirty and peeling and hair in it. Furniture is old and dated. Carpets need to be cleaned. Pillows had stains. We got in close to midnight so we were kinda stuck. We opted out of breakfast just based on how the rest of the hotel looked. We didn't feel comfortable eating there knowing the rest of the hotel was nasty. This definitely was not the standard of Hilton we are used to.

The hotel has an acceptable breakfast and a good outdoors pool (my kids enjoyed it a lot). The rooms are not updated and the sofa bed is not comfortable even for kids. It was ok for 2 nights.

Overall. Great location. Great customer service. The rooms need some renovations bottom line especially when you have a brand new sister property down the street. The breakfast in the morning is good.
