“Overall the atmosphere and surroundings were great. Rooms were a good size but we got a room with mold on the bathroom ceiling. Told the front desk when we were heading out and they sent someone to, what looked like, paint over it. Nothing else was said or done. When dropping that kind money they should have done more, comp a night, points, free comps for food, free night at a later time, etc. Not just a oh sorry.. Not okay in my book. Questionable on returning due to that alone. Other service, bar, wait staff were great”

“Honestly, I loved staying at this hotel. I loved waking up in the morning and going out onto the balcony and taking in the mesas and breathing in the fresh air.This hotel is actually a little south of Sedona in a spot called Oak Creek. An out of towner may have missed that while searching for a hotel in the area. Going to Sedona requires about a 10 minute drive north which wasn't a problem while we were there. During busier seasons though may be a little more of an issue.There were 4 of us staying there. The rooms were clean and large enough that we didn't feel cramped. The lobby had activities for the kids to keep them busy, and the pool was clean and well kept. I never had a problem finding a parking spot.The food was good, the drinks were good, and the patio was wonderful. Nothing like having a drink by a fire and looking up at the stars in Sedona. The maid service was great and the front desk was very helpful.I loved this hotel and I would stay here again.4 instead of 5 stars just because I wasn't there during peak season and don't really know how this place operates when truly tested with a full house.”
