“I would give this a solid 3/3.5 stars. I must admit, since it’s a 4 star hotel, we expected a bit more. I’m going to guess they had to cut some amenities due to COVID. The night staff seemed friendlier than the morning staff. The bathroom was fine (I read a few before going that it was moldy). The water does take quite some time to stop dripping after you turn it off but the pressure was fine. You can definitely tell they used bleach/serious cleaners. Did notice some stains on the shower curtain and bed but could just be from use over the years. The best part really was location in terms of distance from certain attractions. That and the fact that Starbucks was in the lobby (they open early but close early as well). They also have a easy to use and relatively spacious safe. If I’m honest, I can’t say we will be choosing this hotel again the next time but overall, it was a fine experience.”
