Hotel muito legal com uma ótima atmosfera e bar. Único ponto negativo foi que meu quarto não tinha frigobar. Ótima localização no centro e estacionamento com manobrista conveniente.

Quartos pequenos e sujos que ficam úmidos no minuto em que o ar-condicionado é ativado. Chuveiro vazava como um louco. Serviço praticamente inexistente. Valet mais do que feliz em deixar os convidados segurarem a porta para ele, mas nunca o viu retribuir o favor.Legal lobby tho.

Small, dirty rooms that get humid the minute AC kicks off. Shower leaked like crazy. Service virtually non-existent. Valet more than happy to let the guests hold the door for him but never saw him return the favor.Cool lobby tho.

Lindo hotel a uma curta distância de muitos ótimos restaurantes e lojas no centro da cidade e não fica longe do parque Minute Maid. Cama confortável limpa com banheiros atualizados. Definitivamente vale o dinheiro.

Honestamente, a experiência mais HORRÍVEL que já tive. Não vai recomendar ninguém para vir aqui. Fomos forçados a ficar aqui porque nosso hotel inicial ficou lotado e eles nos disseram que estamos "atualizando" você para este hotel. O hotel inicial que eu tinha reservado era uma cama king size, com uma cama extra para nossos hóspedes com geladeira, microondas, etc. Já que eu e meu marido estamos em uma dieta bastante rigorosa. O segundo era um solteirão minúsculo sem geladeira, sem microondas, literalmente estava SUJO. Fui para a cama e havia manchas sob a coberta. A unidade / ventilador do quarto cheirava HORRÍVEL quando ligado, sem ventilador no banheiro. Ah, a melhor parte? A cada 30m, alguém vinha sacudir a maçaneta da nossa porta. Então tivemos que barricar a porta antes de tentarmos dormir. Disse a recepção sobre isso e eles olharam para nós como se estivéssemos loucos. Não desperdice seu timr ou dinheiro aqui.

Fomos para o fim de semana para assistir a um jogo do Astro e simplesmente fugir. A equipe é tão agradável e acolhedora. Jonathan o barman foi muito doce e atencioso. ESPERO QUE ELE GANHE O DIA DE LONGE! Não me lembro do nome da pessoa que trabalhou na mesa durante a noite, mas ela também foi incrível. Ela pessoalmente nos trouxe um cobertor extra. A única reclamação que tivemos foi que a cama era desconfortável. Traga seus próprios travesseiros se puder.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to lots of great downtown restaurants, shops and isn’t far from Minute Maid park. Clean comfortable bed with updated bathrooms. Definitely worth the money.

Honestly, the most AWFUL experience I've ever had. Will not recommend anyone to come here. We were forced to stay here because our initial hotel got overbooked and they told us that we're "upgrading" you to this hotel. The initial hotel that I had booked was a king bed, with a spare bed for our guests with a fridge, microwave, etc. Since my husband and I are on a pretty strict diet. The second one was a TINY little bachelor with no fridge, no microwave, literally was DIRTY. I went to the bed and there were stains under the cover. The room AC unit/ fan smelled AWFUL when turned on, no fan in the bathroom. Oh, the best part? Every 30m, someone came to jiggle our door handle. So we had to barricade the door before we tried to sleep. Told the front desk about it and they looked at us like we were crazy. Don't waste your timr or money here.

We went for the weekend to attend an Astro's game and just get away. The staff is so nice and accommodating. Jonathan the bartender was really sweet and attentive. I HOPE HE GETS HIS DAY OFF! I don't remember the name of the person who worked the desk overnight but she was awesome too. She personally brought us an extra blanket. The only complaint that we had was that the bed was uncomfortable. Bring your own pillows if you're able.

Os quartos eram bons. Adoro o fato de que a suíte veio com 2 banheiros completos, o que ajudou a economizar tempo. Comida e serviço também foi bom. Localização fica a uma curta distância de lounges, restaurantes. Eu me senti segura andando pelo centro da cidade enquanto estava lá. Obrigado novamente!

Rooms were good. Love the fact that suite came with 2 full bathrooms which helped save time. Food and service was good as well. Location is within walking distance to lounges, restaurants. I felt safe walking around downtown while I was there. Thanks again!

Atualmente hóspede deste hotel. Há moradores de rua ao redor do hotel. O lobby cheira a peixe podre. Estamos aqui para o campeonato estadual da minha filha, e eu arrumei minha mochila cheia de coisas. Não há frigobar, então toda a comida perecível para o torneio de amanhã está estragando. Lá se vão 5 dólares em morangos e 8 dólares em uvas. Os sanduíches acabaram, o suco acabou, etc. para não mencionar as camas são terríveis. E para completar, a água do chuveiro voltou para mim várias vezes. Eu literalmente tive que parar meu banho por cinco minutos para deixá-lo escorrer, então ficar embaixo do chuveiro e mal ligá-lo e enxaguar, como eu tive que fazer nas forças armadas quando estávamos no Iraque. Uau! Gastei 50 mil pontos nisso. Eu trabalhei duro para esses pontos. Espero não ter problemas nas costas pela manhã devido à cama. Pior estadia de sempre. Ah, e eles cobraram meu cartão duas vezes por manobrista. Vou fechar meu cartão Hilton.

Nice little hotel no meio do centro (paradas de trem e estações de compartilhamento de bicicletas estão a poucos quarteirões de distância). É moderno e limpo por dentro, os quartos são grandes e as camas são confortáveis. Há wi-fi gratuito também. A única desvantagem é que não há café da manhã gratuito, e inicialmente me prometeram que eu poderia fazer o check-out tardio gratuitamente, pois era um domingo, mas eles tentaram me cobrar. Eles também podem usar uma estação de abastecimento de água no lobby. Fora isso, porém, o serviço e tudo o mais foi excelente.

Nice little hotel in the middle of downtown (train stops and bike share stations are just a few blocks away). It's modern and clean inside, the rooms are big, and the beds are comfortable. There's free wifi as well. The only downside is no free breakfast, and I was initially promised I could check out late for free since it was a Sunday but then they tried to charge me. They could also use a water filling station in the lobby. Other than that though, service and everything else was excellent.

Currently a guest at this hotel. There are homeless people all around the hotel. The lobby smells like putrid fish. We are here for state championships for my daughter, and I packed my backpack cooler full of stuff. There is no mini fridge, so all the perishable food for her tournament tomorrow is going bad. There goes 5 dollars worth of strawberries, and 8 dollars of grapes. Sandwiches are gone, juice is gone, etc. not to mention the beds are terrible. And to cap it off, the water in the shower backed up on me several times. I literally had to stop my shower for five minutes to let it drain, then stand under the shower head and barely turn it on and rinse off, like I had to in the military when we were in Iraq. Wow! I spent 50k points on this. I worked hard for these points. Here’s to hoping I don’t have back issues in the morning due to the bed. Worst stay ever. Oh, and they charged my card twice for valet. I will be closing my Hilton card.

Eu amei o estilo deste #boutique #hotel no centro #Houston! A decoração é brilhante, #moderna, #bela e #bela.A equipe também é #friendly e incrivelmente # útil!Devo admitir, a área é um pouco decepcionante, mas é de fácil acesso se você estiver trabalhando no centro da cidade.Eu definitivamente recomendo este estabelecimento se você estiver nas proximidades.

Great location when going out downtown. Hotel is old but updated. Friendly staff and valet. Homeless outside is the only uncomfortable thing day or night.

Fiquei com pontos. Digital registrou em 1004. Consegui 1001. Lençóis e sofá manchados, paredes arranhadas e uma bela vista do estacionamento. Eles nos mudaram para o 1014 para a exibição do grupo dos sem-teto, não é culpa deles, eu entendi. Cama e sofá mais limpos, mas quem já retocou essas paredes precisa de algumas aulas de pintura. Simplesmente não parecia o hotel mais limpo, o que não ajuda durante uma pandemia. Em suma, se eu tivesse pago o preço total, poderia ter um ataque. O atendimento ao cliente foi ótimo. Todo mundo foi muito legal.

Me quedé con puntos. Digital registrado en 1004. Obtuve 1001. Sábanas y sofá manchados, paredes desgastadas y una hermosa vista del estacionamiento. Nos trasladaron al 1014 a la vista de la fiesta de personas sin hogar, no es su culpa, lo entiendo. Cama y sofá más limpios, pero quien haya retocado esas paredes necesita algunas lecciones de pintura. Simplemente no me sentí como el hotel más limpio que no ayuda durante una pandemia. Con todo, si hubiera pagado el precio completo, podría tener un ataque. Sin embargo, el servicio al cliente fue excelente. Todos fueron realmente amables.

Beautiful facility for weddings/events, the suites were very spacious, the staff were super helpful and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place. 🙂

Stayed with points. Digital checked in to 1004. Got 1001. Stained sheets and couch, scuffed walls and a beautiful view of the parking lot. They moved us to 1014 to the homeless party view, not their fault I get it. Cleaner bed and couch but who ever touched up those walls needs a few painting lessons. Just didn’t feel like the cleanest hotel which doesn’t help during a pandemic. All in all, if I would’ve paid full price, I may thrown a fit. Customer service was great though. Everyone was really nice.

Acabei de chegar aqui, mas não havia onde estacionar, então você tem que pagar a eles 34 + impostos para estacionar seu carro em um estacionamento sem segurança a 3 quarteirões de distância. Parece haver apenas 2 pessoas trabalhando no hotel esta noite. Não se parece em nada com o que foi anunciado e cheira mal. Eu definitivamente não vou estar de volta.

Just got here, but there was nowhere to park so you have to pay them 34+tax to park your car in an unsecured lot 3 blocks away. There seems to be only 2 people working in the hotel tonight. It looks nothing like how it is advertised, and it smells bad. I definitely will not be back.

Adorável hotel boutique no centro de Houston. Eles têm um serviço de transporte gratuito que leva você dentro de um determinado raio na ordem de chegada. Os quartos são muito aconchegantes e elegantes. A comida estava muito boa. Bem feito e saboroso. Também esqueci meu celular no quarto e eles me ligaram e me ofereceram para enviá-lo para o meu endereço residencial. Experiência prazerosa.

Lovely boutique hotel in down town Houston. They have a free transport service that takes you within a certain radius on first come first serve basis. The rooms are very cozy and chic. The food was very good. Well made and tasty. Also l forgot my cell phone it the room and they called me and offered to mail it to my home address. Pleasant experience.

I loved the style of this #boutique #hotel in downtown #Houston! The decor is bright, #modern, #bold and #beautiful.The staff are also #friendly and incredibly #helpful!I must admit, the area is a bit of a letdown, but it is easy to access if you're working downtown.I'd definitely recommend this property if you're in the vicinity.
