“Lovely boutique hotel in down town Houston. They have a free transport service that takes you within a certain radius on first come first serve basis. The rooms are very cozy and chic. The food was very good. Well made and tasty. Also l forgot my cell phone it the room and they called me and offered to mail it to my home address. Pleasant experience.”

“Currently a guest at this hotel. There are homeless people all around the hotel. The lobby smells like putrid fish. We are here for state championships for my daughter, and I packed my backpack cooler full of stuff. There is no mini fridge, so all the perishable food for her tournament tomorrow is going bad. There goes 5 dollars worth of strawberries, and 8 dollars of grapes. Sandwiches are gone, juice is gone, etc. not to mention the beds are terrible. And to cap it off, the water in the shower backed up on me several times. I literally had to stop my shower for five minutes to let it drain, then stand under the shower head and barely turn it on and rinse off, like I had to in the military when we were in Iraq. Wow! I spent 50k points on this. I worked hard for these points. Here’s to hoping I don’t have back issues in the morning due to the bed. Worst stay ever. Oh, and they charged my card twice for valet. I will be closing my Hilton card.”
