“Everything was very clean, everyone was wearing masks. The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the selection of drinks and snacks at their little market was even smaller than anticipated. They had maybe 10 items, but given the times no stars are lost because of it.”

“A perfect hotel! Perfectly positioned for shopping on Michigan Avenue, going to Millennium Park, or taking a river walk tour. Had an issue with my room when I arrived (wasn’t a big deal, just a missing pullout sofa), but they upgraded me fantastically! Could not be happier and will definitely come back!”
