“A perfect hotel! Perfectly positioned for shopping on Michigan Avenue, going to Millennium Park, or taking a river walk tour. Had an issue with my room when I arrived (wasn’t a big deal, just a missing pullout sofa), but they upgraded me fantastically! Could not be happier and will definitely come back!”

“The Royal Sonesta was awesome, there was only one downside but I'll get to that. It was clean and staff didn't seem to bother you much. The view is amazing from the 18th floor, but I'm sure that depends on which room you get. Absolutely everything was walking distance, so that was nice. The only downside is there appears to be no valet parking, so we had to walk about 10 minutes away to park the vehicle. I will say, there was a hotel receptionist working and he seemed to be a little frustrated when I was asking where the parking structure was as some of the entrances had closed signs, as my wife and I were struggling to find an open entrance. Other than that, everything was great. We're definitely coming back when we can, especially for the view.”
