“What a perfect hotel! I was taking a relaxing solo trip, and wanted a hot tub all to myself near Minneapolis. This hotel is in the northern suburbs, far enough off the highway to be quiet, but close enough for easy access. Check-in and out was simple and efficient. Breakfast was good. For me the highlight was the room. I reserved a kind whirlpool room. This was the first hotel to impress me on a whirlpool or Jacuzzi room. I got assigned room 401. It was HUGE! It had a wet bar, microwave, mini fridge, couch, coffee table in addition to the king bed 2 night stands bench and dresser/tv. The whirlpool is set off in its own alcove, but you can turn the tv to view from the tub. Now the tub itself... I am a 5' 10" female and curvy... I was able to be fully submerged with no problem. You can easily fit 2 adults in the tub together.”

“Stayed 1 night, thankfully that was it. Splurged and spent extra for the jacuzzi suite. It was a nice, very large room...however, the bed so unbelievably uncomfortable I barely got any sleep and woke up in so much pain I couldn't even barely get out of the awful bed. Then go downstairs to get some food to take with pain relievers and the breakfast was awful too. Far from the Hilton standards I've grown accustomed to as a Diamond Honors member. Most expensive room and the worst possible bed makes no sense. Will cost me more in chiropractor fees than I paid for the room. Very disappointing.”
