“Only stayed one night. This place was just okay. The room was mostly clean but very dated. There were a few hairs in the shower that were not ours. The ironing board cover had something gross on it. Also when I went to plug in the iron the first two outlets I tried didn't work! The bed was clean and comfortable. The heat stayed on too long every time it ran, and was very loud. Too cold to turn it off tho. We asked for a room on the top floor but we're not given what we asked for and instead were on the 4th floor. Luckily there was no one noisy above us and it was quiet. The hotel provides a coffee maker in your room but it was in the bathroom which we thought was really gross so we didn't use. Breakfast was very subpar. There was no regular coffee the evening we arrived or in the morning! Only decaf and hot water. The breakfast person was too busy talking to other people and watching TV to do her job. The breakfast area was also very messy and some items were missing even though the hotel wasn't very busy. Breakfast lady was also complaining to a guest about how next weekend is her last and she hates winter and doesn't want to get up at 4:00 a.m. to get to the hotel to work at 6:00. Not very smart to be complaining about your job at work to guests! Location is right off of 35 down a few roads but nothing really around it. With all the selections in the cities we would probably not stay here again. Ok for one night.”

“What a perfect hotel! I was taking a relaxing solo trip, and wanted a hot tub all to myself near Minneapolis. This hotel is in the northern suburbs, far enough off the highway to be quiet, but close enough for easy access. Check-in and out was simple and efficient. Breakfast was good. For me the highlight was the room. I reserved a kind whirlpool room. This was the first hotel to impress me on a whirlpool or Jacuzzi room. I got assigned room 401. It was HUGE! It had a wet bar, microwave, mini fridge, couch, coffee table in addition to the king bed 2 night stands bench and dresser/tv. The whirlpool is set off in its own alcove, but you can turn the tv to view from the tub. Now the tub itself... I am a 5' 10" female and curvy... I was able to be fully submerged with no problem. You can easily fit 2 adults in the tub together.”
