No complaints what so ever! We’ll just one but it’s a matter of preference. The bed was so hard that it felt like I was sleeping on the floor with slight padding. My back was killing me both mornings I woke up and I prefer a firmer bed. Other than that my stay was great. Customer service was great.just make sure they validate your ti key for parking at check in. They didn’t ask me about it so I had no idea when I checked in I needed to do that . I ended up paying for parking on my way out one day and it supposed to be charged to the room. Not a problem though they were very helpful about it at the front desk. Shower pressure was amazing and so much water! Best hotel shower I have had! The body wash smells amazing!

I found myself staying here a couple of times recently due to weather issues. The customer service was wonderful and efficient. Check-in was very quick. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The parking ramp was nice as I did not have to dig my car out from all the snow overnight. Beds were a little more firm than I was used to but I still got a good night's sleep. The walkway to the Mall of America is convenient as you don't have to bring your jacket with you as everything is indoors. I would definitely stay here again.

I don’t know what I was expecting. I wasn’t disappointed or overly impressed. It was clean and like most hotels I’ve stayed in. The pool was nice, we had it to ourselves. Wished they’d of had a jacuzzi or sauna tho. My son said the weight room was good. It was convenient that it was located so close to the Mall and the Mall people were very helpful with helping with the scooter we had rented. I’d probably come back again.

Our stay at the Radisson Blu at the MOA was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were well designed and very clean. The bed in our room was very comfy, which I know is not super common in hotels. The only downside to our room was the shower. It was a beautiful waterfall style shower with a glass wall, however it didn't have a door so the back half of the shower was open to the bathroom, resulting in quite a bit of water splashing into the bathroom. The hotel as a whole was perfect, with quick access to the mall. The access hallway was open quite early and up to an hour after the mall itself had closed. There was a Caribou Coffee right inside this access hallway, with other coffee selections a bit further into the mall that were open early. Overall a fantastic stay, reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Customer service was exceptional. I tried to get the women's name that helped us check in and couldn’t get it. But she was wonderful and made my daughters birthday stay feel very special. So awesome The room was beautiful, unique and very clean. We loved the hotel was connected to the mall. We never had to leave that was super cool. One thing that I thought was the pool was supposed to be salt water but we smelled a lot like chlorine. Not a big deal the pool was also fun and loved the tables we got to have dinner. We will absolutely be back!
