“I found myself staying here a couple of times recently due to weather issues. The customer service was wonderful and efficient. Check-in was very quick. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The parking ramp was nice as I did not have to dig my car out from all the snow overnight. Beds were a little more firm than I was used to but I still got a good night's sleep. The walkway to the Mall of America is convenient as you don't have to bring your jacket with you as everything is indoors. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Customer service was exceptional. I tried to get the women's name that helped us check in and couldn’t get it. But she was wonderful and made my daughters birthday stay feel very special. So awesome
The room was beautiful, unique and very clean.
We loved the hotel was connected to the mall. We never had to leave that was super cool.
One thing that I thought was the pool was supposed to be salt water but we smelled a lot like chlorine. Not a big deal the pool was also fun and loved the tables we got to have dinner.
We will absolutely be back!”
