“The rooms at this hotel are extremely dated for a Hilton property. Our room had 2 double beds. Double beds aren’t very comfortable to share with another person. I’m surprised they even exist anymore in a hotel setting. Beds and pillows were too soft for my liking. No fridge in the room. When I went down to the front office to ask if I had overlooked the refrigerator in our room, the front desk staff was very quick and curt to tell me no. We left to go get waters for our stay. When we arrived back and I asked the front desk staff if there was a fridge I could borrow or rent. They said they would check. Why not offer that as a solution earlier?? One was quickly delivered to the room which was a nice surprise. The AC worked beautifully. We were staying there for an event. The hotel was centrally located for what we were doing. It was also near a few preserves where I was able to explore in the mornings.”

“Not handicap friendly. Narrow bathroom doors and they don't save "accessible" rooms for those who may need to switch upon arrival. Hard watching my father struggle to get from his power chair to use the toilet since there is no room to get even a walker through. Front circle drop off area is missing some brick. Very few handicap parking spots, so we've had to park at the opposite end of the lot from the building every time we came back to the hotel. Asked for a handicap room; couldn't have it. Asked for a mini refrigerator; never got it. General issue with hotels that book rooms with 2+ beds is they never stock the bathrooms or coffee/tea with more than enough for one person. No free breakfast of any sort for convenience. They want you to order from the overpriced restaurant in the lobby. Staff is happy to help with issues but apparently has limited availability on things that should be higher priority if not a norm. Would stay again for cleanliness and appearance of facility for price, but 100% would not recommend staying with a person with an ambulatory device of any sort.”
